Hello, I wanted to share my experience with a recent car rental booked through MEX (also known as Swift) at MIA airport with confirmation number NPRL8E8BOB. I made the reservation through Priceline but encountered some unexpected issues upon arrival. The rental agreement had additional requirements not disclosed on the Priceline website, including the need for a "declaration form" as proof of insurance/lienholder interest. To meet this requirement, I had to contact my insurance company late at night to provide the necessary documentation. Additionally, there were extra charges like a mandatory Florida Sunpass for $26, a $[redacted] security deposit, and a limit of 50 miles. These fees were not mentioned earlier, and it made me question the legitimacy of the operation. I felt misled by the rental agency's practices, especially their insistence on the declaration form or else paying for their insurance coverage. I reserved two hotel rooms last weekend at Quality Suites University in El Paso, TX through Priceline trip number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] 44. Upon arrival, one room was acceptable, but the other was unclean with a dirty toilet and shower full of hair and no towels. When we requested assistance at the front desk, they claimed no more rooms were available. The next day, the room remained unclean, and our requests for resolution went unaddressed. Additionally, the hotel did not have enough plates for breakfast and staff were unhelpful. As a loyal VIP and gold customer of Priceline, I am disappointed with the poor service at this hotel and hope for a resolution. I request that Priceline take action to avoid future bookings at this establishment.

Hello Priceline, My family booked a vacation through Priceline last year, and we decided to purchase travel insurance. However, we encountered an issue during checkout where we were unable to book the insurance. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip and were informed that we couldn't get a refund, but we must use the tickets by July 22, [redacted]. Due to a work assignment from May 30 to August 28, [redacted], we are unable to travel during that time. I recently booked my first and last trip with Priceline. I received three plane tickets and a rental car. The process was simple, and I did manage to save a little money. On the morning of my departure, my party and I arrived at the airport two hours before our 8 am flight, only to find out there was a 7-hour delay. I was disappointed that Priceline did not notify me of this delay by email or text. We ended up spending 8 1/2 hours at the airport. I also found out that I had to personally inform the rental company about the flight delay, which was unexpected. It seems Priceline’s customer care ends once they have your money. This experience has left me unimpressed, especially when I hear other companies inform their customers of delays. I don't believe there's much that can be done now, but I wanted to bring this issue to your attention in the hope that Priceline improves their communication and support for future travelers like myself.

Hello, I am Romeo Robert Chirea from Romania. Today, I purchased a multicity flight ticket but could only pay for three out of the four flights due to insufficient funds. Subsequently, I refunded my account to proceed with the purchase again. However, Priceline charged me twice for one flight, resulting in paying for it twice. I canceled one of the duplicate flights but have not received the refund yet. The reservation numbers for the two flights are: EGJ27U and 06 JETL. I am waiting to know when I will get the refund for the canceled flight. Additionally, I bought a Delta flight ticket from Phoenix to Charlotte but have not received the confirmation number via email yet. On top of that, I am experiencing difficulties purchasing the fourth ticket from Kansas City to Seattle. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving these matters.

I recently booked a two-day hotel stay out of state and paid $[redacted] in advance, along with purchasing insurance. I called the hotel to inform them I would be running late, they confirmed it was okay. Upon arrival, the hotel informed me that my room had been rented out and my reservation was canceled. I had to pay an additional $[redacted] for a new room. When I returned home, I filed an insurance claim but was denied for not having a receipt for the $[redacted] payment. I want to appeal this decision as hotels do not provide receipts for unused rooms. Can Priceline offer assistance with this Allianz insurance issue? I am writing about a Priceline trip with the number [redacted]93-45 where I encountered a payment issue. Moran Ray mentioned being charged in advance by Priceline, but the booking was through Booking.com as Hotel Collect (Confirmation [redacted]), which indicates no payment was received from Priceline or Booking.com. When I called the call center and spoke to Albert, he initially confirmed the charge but then transferred me to Booking.com without warning after a 10-minute hold. Booking.com stated they were not notified and advised charging the guest directly. To avoid double-charging, I need immediate follow-up to address this matter with our guest. I purchased a super saver flight through Cheapoair with American Airlines as the carrier, but I couldn't travel due to military orders that I provided to American Airlines. I received an email from them indicating that my ticket isn't eligible for a refund, but the unused value can be used for future travel. The instructions were to rebook on aa.com using the flight credit option and entering my ticket number. I booked a hotel 20 minutes ago through Priceline's "Pricebreakers" feature. I was fine with not knowing the hotel name until after booking, but I chose the location near my destination. However, Priceline assigned me to the Best Western hotel, which is 45 minutes away, while Hotel Indigo and Hawthorne Suites are much closer. This was not what I expected when selecting the location. I contacted their customer service through Chat and text, but received no help due to their "no cancellation policy." I don't want to cancel, just be reassigned to a hotel near my destination in Napa. I feel deceived and wasting time due to this situation. I hope Priceline can resolve this issue and assign me to a more suitable hotel as requested.

I am having trouble with my Priceline reservation. They initially sent it to the wrong email address and have been unable to correct it. Consequently, I do not have a reservation number or a copy of it. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was informed by customer service that without a reservation number, they couldn't assist me. The agent who made the booking failed to provide me with this crucial detail, leading to a frustrating cycle of unproductive interactions with different representatives. Moreover, my "book-now-pay-later" hotel room was erroneously charged to my card today, contrary to what the booking agent assured me. This unauthorized transaction has caused inconvenience and disruption to my finances. I simply seek to obtain my correct reservation details, rectify the email address associated with it, and prevent any further unauthorized charges on my card.

This morning, I had an issue with my booking on Agoda, and they refused it. As a result, I went to Priceline to make a booking. When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that Agoda was actually the booking agent, not Priceline. It seems like there may be some confusion or overlap between the two booking agents. My confirmation number on Agoda is [redacted], and the hotel in question is Castle Hotel in Windsor, UK. I paid with my Visa card. I need to cancel my Priceline booking for May 31st to June 1st, [redacted], as I have already paid through Agoda. Thank you.

I purchased two one-way tickets from Minneapolis, MN to Myrtle Beach, SC for May 24 through Priceline. I needed to reschedule due to work, but Spirit would not accommodate my request for November. The second flight was a return from Myrtle Beach to Minneapolis on June 3, [redacted], with trip number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-38 and confirmation number X9Y2PG. I confirmed that I had purchased trip protection for this flight. The third issue occurred when I missed a flight from Minneapolis to Newark, NJ on December 5, [redacted], due to confusion over airport terminals. I ended up purchasing a Delta flight at added cost. I reserved a room at The Days Inn in Roanoke, VA via Priceline on 5/26/[redacted]. Upon arriving around 8:30 that evening for check-in, the lobby was empty, the door was locked, and I had to knock on the window for over 15 minutes to get someone's attention. While waiting in a poorly lit area with my 85-year-old mother, we witnessed drug and alcohol use openly. The entire breezeway smelled of urine, and with my mother unable to climb two flights of stairs to our room, we were uncomfortable with the environment due to people smoking and drinking outside the rooms. I requested a refund from the staff member who finally appeared at the window but was told it had to be processed through Priceline. Despite reaching out to Priceline and Wyndham Hotel corporate office, I haven't received any assistance. I am eager to have this matter resolved. Thank you, Patricia Woodie.

I purchased travel protection and have an email receipt from your company. While on my trip, I had to go to the hospital on my return instead of catching the flight. I paid for trip protection and would like to change my departure date without any additional costs. I've reached out to the airline, but they directed me to your company as they do not have record of the trip protection. The trip protection insurance company also does not have a record of it despite me having a receipt from when I made the purchase. I will now contact my bank to confirm the payment. Please assist me as soon as possible since I have very little time left before needing to head to the airport.

I recently discovered a hotel reservation was made through Priceline and paid for by AFFIRM, despite me never using Priceline before. After reaching out to AFFIRM, they directed me to contact Priceline, who told me to cancel the reservation with the hotel for AFFIRM to get a refund. I managed to cancel the reservation with the hotel, but AFFIRM insists I owe them the money for a reservation I didn't make. Despite my repeated attempts to dispute the charge with AFFIRM, they escalated it to a collection agency. I have provided all necessary documentation and explained the situation, but the collections agency is still pursuing payment. I continue to maintain that I shouldn't have to pay for a service I never used. I believe the issue lies between Priceline and AFFIRM, where the refund for the canceled reservation wasn't processed. I am looking to have the collections agency cease their demands for payment and for Priceline to refund AFFIRM, as no services were rendered and the reservation was canceled.

I made a car rental reservation at Midway Airport through Priceline for a standard car from June 6th to June 12th. The confirmation number is K[redacted]6C6. I received an email confirming my purchase with the details of the transaction, including the payment of $[redacted].36. However, upon arrival at the airport for pick-up, I was asked for an additional $[redacted] security deposit by the Hertz representative which I was unaware of. Since my attempt to pay with my Bank of America Mastercard was declined due to a hold on the funds, I tried to pay with cash, only to find out that Hertz does not accept cash. I need help correcting a misspelled name on my international airline ticket. There is no information on the website about my trip. Despite calling Priceline multiple times, I have been put on hold and then hung up on. I provided my information and passport details to two different representatives at the Priceline center, but received no solutions. The return email addresses I was given do not exist. I have spent a total of over 9 hours on the phone over the past three days trying to resolve this issue before my airport departure. However, after stating my reason, she unexpectedly asked for my flight details, which I found irrelevant since I had not booked through Priceline. There was a noticeable pause before she insisted on this information, prompting me to request speaking to a supervisor. After a lengthy hold, a male supervisor was unyielding regarding the non-refundable nature of my reservation. When I inquired about receiving a credit for a future booking due to my rescheduled conference, he became confrontational, stating no options were available even if the rental went unused. This rigid stance was surprising given my lengthy history using Priceline and my own decades of customer service experience, making this encounter highly disappointing.
