Prior to sending this email, I attempted to chat with your representative, Lyneth, but she disappeared for 5 minutes without responding, as evident in the chat transcript. We started chatting at 8:12 am, my last message to her was at 8:15 am, and by 8:22 she had not replied. I value my time as much as hers. My reservation for a car rental with Hertz, prepaid via Priceline, was for pick-up by 6 on June 16th and return by 6 on June 19th. Upon arrival, the clerk mentioned a 30-minute wait which extended to an hour and a half, despite the reservation being confirmed and paid. It was frustrating to wait along with others at the airport. The request for a credit card hold for a prepaid rental with insurance coverage seemed unnecessary, especially the $[redacted] fee. The lack of organization at Hertz was evident with staff confused outside. Proper planning for incoming reserved cars was clearly lacking, resulting in customer dissatisfaction. Customers need to be informed of delays beforehand to make alternate arrangements. My tight schedule was disrupted, and I missed appointments due to the delay. Time is precious for all, and improved service is essential.

Hello, I need assistance with a booking matter. I had arranged a flight to Greece and reserved a two-night accommodation in a hotel in Athens. On June 11, [redacted], during my move, I mistakenly contacted Priceline instead of SUPER 8 for a reservation. The Priceline agent booked me a room in Oglethorpe GA instead of Ooltewah TN. After receiving the confirmation text, I promptly called back to rectify the error and secured a room in Ooltewah TN. Nevertheless, I was charged for both Oglethorpe GA and Ooltewah TN stays. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out to both Super 8 customer service and Priceline, I have been unable to resolve the issue. The original number I used to contact Priceline does not work, and their published number is unhelpful with an automated attendant that disconnects calls without recognition. Hello, I rented a car through Rentalcars.com with Advantage Rent A Car in Orlando, Florida on June 5. Initially, I was told to pay $96 in advance and settle the remaining amount at pick-up. However, upon arrival, the agency charged me the full rental price as they claimed not to have received any advance payment. They mentioned that Priceline actually received the $96. I made a reservation through Priceline for a stay at Hotel Pigeon Forge on the night of June 24th. I contacted customer service on the 25th to report cockroaches and bed bugs with accompanying pictures. Due to the situation, we had to leave and find alternative accommodation. I have been unable to reach the hotel directly and have filed a complaint with the BBB, including the pictures. I am requesting a refund for the night's stay and the $80 security fee I was unaware of. I expect prompt resolution. I made a reservation for two rooms with Priceline well in advance of our trip. Upon arrival at the hotel on the scheduled date, the front desk clerk informed me that the rooms were unavailable due to maintenance. They claimed to have transferred my reservation to another property without notifying me in advance. The alternate property suggested was not satisfactory to us, so we cancelled the reservation and booked another room through Priceline. Despite reaching out to Priceline post-trip for a refund, I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone without receiving a refund. The representative promised to investigate and call me back, which never occurred. The email contact in the reservation details was not accessible, and I believe the original hotel did not refund the reservation money. I expect Priceline to advocate for a refund in this situation.

Price Line Executive, Kevin Buckley, Brett Keller, no one in your call centers can assist in resolving my upcoming trip. I have spent hours on calls and chats, yet no one has been able to help secure our flight confirmation, provide a call back, or respond with a solution. With only days left until our flight, our booking remains unconfirmed. My credit card has been charged $[redacted], and the situation remains unresolved. We have family attending our cousin's wedding, and the lack of answers is distressing. We urgently need someone to address this issue. Hello, I made a reservation for a one-night hotel stay in Tulsa today with the trip number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-17. I used the hot deals option where the hotel name is revealed after booking and payment. Initially, I was okay with that arrangement. However, upon arrival, I was misled because the hotel was labeled as OYO online, but it turned out to have a different name. Despite this, I decided to proceed. Unfortunately, the hotel environment was concerning. There was loud yelling and a possible drug deal in the parking lot, as well as individuals who seemed to be engaging in questionable activities. Furthermore, the person at check-in requested a $50 cash deposit in addition to the payment I had already made. Due to these unsettling experiences, I chose to book a room through Hotwire for a similar price, where I feel safer. If other accommodations offered through your company are similar to my recent encounter, I would caution against using Priceline. I booked a flight to Cabo San Lucas for August 2nd returning on the 10th. I also booked a hotel, airfare, and insurance. Unfortunately, the insurance did not go through, even after contacting the provider. The firm informed me that the money for the insurance was refunded to my account. I need to change my dates due to unforeseen circumstances. As a 67-year-old, insurance is essential for me. Please contact me urgently at area code [redacted] to resolve this issue. If I don't hear back, I will be forced to contact the Better Business Bureau and the senior citizen advocate hotline. I am seeking assistance from corporate to address an ongoing issue I faced when I had to cancel a hotel booking made through Priceline due to safety concerns for myself and my children. I need help canceling a reservation I made on July 8, [redacted], through Priceline with trip #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-18 and confirmation #[redacted]. Hello, I'm Suzanne, a Front Desk Agent and Night Manager at Super 8 in Oelwein, Iowa. Last night, a guest arrived with a booking made through Priceline for 2 rooms each with 2 double beds. They later contacted Priceline to change to 1 room with a king-size bed but we received 2 separate confirmations and payments. I was looking for a hotel with airport shuttle service for one night in San Francisco at a reasonable cost. I made a non-cancellation reservation with Days Inn on Lombard Street through Priceline, which advertised the property as having shuttle service. Upon checking with a friend in San Francisco, I found out that the hotel does not offer this service and is unreachable by phone. I traveled back to the USA last month from Qatar and had booked a hotel near Hammad International Airport through Priceline the day before my flight.
