If this issue persists, I may have to consider switching to a different insurance provider. The device seems more suitable for flat, rural areas and fails to accurately assess safe driving practices in my environment. Its hypersensitivity is frustrating and may lead to accidents. I strongly believe this method is unreliable for evaluating driving safety and feel unfairly penalized. I changed my homeowner's insurance policy starting on 8/19/[redacted]. There should be a significant refund due to us. Could you please send the check for the insurance surplus to our mortgage company PHH? The address for PHH is the same one we've used for over two decades. We have not yet received the refund check, and your website indicates the policy has not been canceled, although all policies, including home insurance, were canceled on 8/19/[redacted]. The amount of the refund is $[redacted].00 or more, and we would appreciate prompt payment as it should have been sent a month ago. I have copies of our new home insurance policy available if you require them. Additionally, my wife, F.D., has always handled our policy matters with your company. I need to file a claim against one of your policyholders because they were at fault for a collision yesterday (12/9/[redacted]). The incident occurred when they failed to defrost their windows at a stop sign. As I was turning onto the road where they were, they collided with my driver's side door, rendering it inoperable, along with some damage to the back door. Both doors will require replacement, and I will need a rental car while the repairs are in progress.

I have been trying to reach my insurance claim representative regarding an accident I had on 11-11-21, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Even after speaking with the estimate appraiser named Steve weeks ago, there has been no progress. I have been attempting to contact my representative, Rasean Thrower, for days without any luck. It is frustrating that my vehicle has not been viewed yet, and I cannot get in touch with a real person regarding my claim. It has been over a month, and I am feeling very disappointed with the lack of communication.

In November [redacted], a Progressive driver hit my SUV. During the repairs, I rented a comparable SUV for my business commute due to winter conditions. Upon returning the rental, they charged me $[redacted], claiming it was an "upgrade" not covered by Progressive. I clarified it was a similar vehicle to mine. Following this incident, I experienced ongoing misconduct and violations. Justin informed me that Progressive allocated $[redacted] for repairs and assured reimbursement for the $[redacted]. However, another agent later stated that the payment would not be covered. The continuous misrepresentation and deception by Progressive agents have been extremely frustrating. - TC

I am Patrick B., the owner of a Private Patrol/Investigation agency with a commercial fleet policy at Progressive (policy # [redacted]59). Recently, we faced issues with Progressive's Roadside Assistance when an employee was locked out of a vehicle. Reaching out for help involved multiple transfers, confusion about our policy, and eventually providing credit card details. Despite promises of reimbursement, we are still waiting. This morning, we had to make another call for Roadside Assistance, resulting in a frustrating six-and-a-half-hour wait in the snow for a tow truck to arrive. The experience has been disappointing, with unacceptable delays and unhelpful excuses. This level of service is not what we expect, considering the additional fee we pay for Roadside Assistance. The long wait and poor assistance led to an employee resigning out of frustration. I hope for more efficient and competent support in the future, as I rely on reliable service for my business needs.

Despite reporting it to the Youngstown Police and contacting J. Davis, I had to cover the repairs through my insurer, Allstate, due to lack of response. Allstate is now processing the claim through arbitration as they haven't received payment from the other party's insurance. I urge J. Davis to take responsibility for the damages. Thank you.

In the summer of [redacted], I renewed my homeowner's policy for my mobile home for around $[redacted]. In October, I had surgery followed by complications and hospitalizations, leading me to stay at my mother's with utilities turned off. Unfortunately, in December, my home was robbed, with numerous items stolen and significant damage. Despite contacting the police and filing a report, my insurance company, Progressive, determined my home as abandoned due to my extended illness, refusing coverage and canceling my policy without refunding the remainder of my premium. Despite multiple attempts, they have not returned the money owed to me. At 68 years old, living on Social Security, receiving this refund would greatly help. I hope to resolve this with Progressive before resorting to social media to address their dishonesty. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be appreciated.

At approximately 1:50 pm CDT on 9/14/22, I was slowly reversing my insured [redacted] Jeep Liberty when I lightly bumped into the front bumper of a parked Toyota Tacoma pickup. Despite seeing no visible damage, the supposed owner, a man named Hunter Roth, inspected his truck's bumper. As I lacked physical proof of my liability insurance, I shared an email from Progressive displaying my policy number to reassure him. I've had a terrible experience with Progressive insurance in resolving my claims. They seem to want to cover up evidence by insisting on destroying my vehicle and obtaining my personal health information from hospitals to use against me in medical claims. Additionally, they have interfered with my medical treatment by instructing my doctors not to see me as an accident-related patient. It's been five months, my car is still damaged, and my accident-related injuries are causing significant issues, but Progressive's team of more than 12 underwriters seems to be intentionally delaying my access to proper medical care. They unexpectedly closed both my previous and current claims, leaving me without support. Despite fixing my car for the second time, they are now pressuring me to pick it up or face storage fees. The lack of communication and threats of involving my ex-husband have made this whole situation even more stressful.

Hello, I am Kacey Davis, and my co-policy holder is Mia White. On May 5th, we purchased a new Mustang and attempted to update our policy the same day by removing our [redacted] Dodge Charger. We were informed that the changes were made during a phone call. We decided to cancel our policy on August 26th due to increased rates. Recently, I received an email stating that our Mustang was never insured despite us paying for it. This has caused a complication with our bank regarding comprehensive coverage.
