I signed up for the EBB program using a pamphlet from Cricket Wireless but ended up with a Qlink sim card that doesn't work with my phone. Attempts to contact Qlink for assistance have been frustrating, with unhelpful responses and disconnections. Emails to them have gone unanswered. A tablet I didn't order arrived unexpectedly, and now my personal email accounts have been hacked. I am seeking help to resolve these issues with Qlink and my email service providers.

My dog chewed up my phone, along with the SIM card. I have an unlocked Compatible Device to use, but I'm not sure if I can activate it with either of my T-Mobile or Sprint SIM cards to use with my Qlink service. I've been searching for where to enter the 4 digits to check compatibility for 3 days with no luck. If I can't use my existing SIM cards, I'll need to get a new one quickly to continue my Qlink service. Just in case it's needed, my Qlink number is [redacted]. Thank you and have a great night.

I am frustrated with the recent decline in your customer service. I have been trying to contact you for two days regarding my phone inquiry. I have an account with Lifeline and EBB through Xfinity. The phone I purchased is a Samsung Galaxy Jitterbug 3 using Lively, specifically the G310R5 model. I have been unable to obtain accurate information, even through Lively support. I feel exhausted and dissatisfied with the lack of communication and support. Please address these issues promptly. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, this is LESA DePalma. I'm experiencing difficulty inserting the Q Link Wireless SIM card into my phone. The tray where the SIM card goes seems to be loose, and now the card is stuck inside my phone. I don't have access to open the phone since it doesn't allow direct access to the SIM card slot. I've already activated the service, but I can't retrieve the misplaced SIM card. This issue is causing me a lot of stress, as I've spent hours trying to fix it to no avail. I had a friend over who I thought I could trust. When he left and came back claiming he forgot his phone, I let him back in thinking he was sincere. Later, I realized my phone was missing, so I used a phone tracker on my tablet. The tracker initially showed my phone was at my place, but the next day it was a mile away. In the past, I could easily locate my phone within seconds using mapping apps, but now I can't seem to find it. I am waiting for a new debit card, and the free tracking apps are not effective. I miss the days of simple acts of kindness. I once helped my neighbor without expecting payment because I believe in helping others. Can someone please help me track and disable my phone? I am writing to request the cancellation of my service. I applied for the Bbp discount for my Sprint bill but it resulted in Qlink taking over my phone. The process is confusing as I sought a discount for my current service, not a complete switch. Despite my attempts to reach out via phone calls and online account, I could not find a way to cancel or address the issue. My phone is now restricted to using the internet only with wifi since the sim card swap. I have been a loyal Sprint customer for over a decade and do not wish to continue with Qlink. Please cancel this service immediately. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty with my hotspot not working and require assistance in ordering a new phone. I paid $25 for a replacement phone that was sent to me, but I am unable to make calls or navigate the screen due to a lock icon. I also tried using the SIM card from the original phone sent to me but am unable to get service on an older q Link phone. Despite calling three times and experiencing long wait times, my issue was not resolved. I urgently need my phone for medical reasons and have important calls to make. I recently ordered a free tablet, however, it has not been delivered to me. The tracking information shows it as delivered, but I have not found it in my mailbox or received it from a delivery person. I have waited for three weeks and am in urgent need of the tablet. I am concerned that it may have been left outside my yard and possibly taken by someone. I hope that the delivery could have been handled more securely to prevent such situations. I would appreciate if you can assist me with this issue and consider resending the tablet as soon as possible. I have not received the product, and the delay is causing me a lot of stress.

I recently placed an order for a free tablet, however, I have not received it despite the tracking showing it was delivered. I have checked my mailbox and waited diligently for over two weeks, but the tablet is nowhere to be found. I suspect it might have been left outside my fence and possibly taken by someone. As a lifeline qualified customer of Qlink Wireless for a year, I have consistently received unlimited data until the past two months when this changed to 3.5GB per month. Despite opting into the new government ACP program for unlimited monthly data multiple times, my account is still stuck at 3.5GB a month. The approval of the opt-in does not reflect in my account, keeping it at the limited data amount. I am seeking resolution for this ongoing issue to have my account updated to receive the unlimited monthly data as promised. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

Hello, my name is Sandy L. I have been struggling to activate my Qlink SIM card as the service seems to be subpar. It has been frustrating trying to upgrade to an international plan through the app for over 3 hours. Additionally, I have been unable to make any calls or send texts. It is disappointing that the site requires a payment of one dollar to complete a form. It's frustrating when nothing seems truly free, even though they advertise free unlimited calls and texts. The app is also incredibly slow to load the international plan option, leaving me waiting for over 3 hours. This has been the worst service experience I've had. I'm puzzled as to why I can't even make local calls or send texts. I appreciate any help with these issues. Thank you.

About two weeks ago, my phone stopped working. I purchased an unlocked Android smartphone since I couldn't contact anyone without a working phone. I managed to reach out to the sim card provider, who promised to send a new sim for my new phone, but it never arrived. Now, I'm receiving emails warning me that I may lose my service if I don't use my phone. I had to get a new phone service and pay for it just to contact qlink. Despite that, I am unable to speak with anyone after waiting on hold for too long. I don't have time for this and just need my sim card so my phone can work without incurring unnecessary costs. My service was canceled because they claimed I was with another provider, which is untrue. I've reached out via email and by phone to customer service but was just told to reapply on the website. Dealing with this situation has been frustrating - being disconnected for a mistake, waiting endlessly on hold, and the website not recognizing my information. Initially, I chose Qlink to avoid such issues, but it seems they are proving to be just as problematic. Three days without service has created significant challenges. I urgently request a resolution to reconnect my service. If rectifying this requires more stressful and time-consuming efforts on my part, despite being eligible and having had service before, I would rather not proceed. My life is already filled with obstacles and stress; I don't need to willingly add more.

I have received an EBB Tablet from you, and it has been unsatisfactory. Despite multiple complaints, I have not seen any resolution from your end. The promised response time of 24-48 hours has not been met. Due to my health issues and the stress caused by this situation, I am unable to pay the owed amount until my concerns are addressed. The SIM card you sent is being held by the USPS due to my mail being on hold because of COVID. Could you please send a new cell phone using FedEx or UPS instead? I eagerly await a prompt response addressing my long-standing issues. Thank you.

Yesterday, I received my Qlink SIM unexpectedly without a phone, just a SIM chip. Initially, I thought it wouldn't be an issue as I was informed that my existing phone was compatible with the Qlink SIM. However, despite having two phones that claim to be compatible, I am facing difficulties in getting either of them to function properly. I am unable to add a new APN to set it to work on the network or even scan for available networks. When I checked on the Qlink website and entered the IMEI for both phones, it confirmed their compatibility. I am aware of how cell phones work, but I'm struggling to make them work, unlike the assurance I received online. I have been without a phone or internet for a while now, and after finally receiving the Qlink SIM, I'm unable to activate it on either phone as expected. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist me with this issue promptly.

Federal agents from various agencies conducted an investigation at the Dania Beach building where Q Link Wireless operates. While the specific details of the investigation have not been disclosed, it has been ongoing for two years and relates to suspected fraudulent activities. The Department of Justice, Internal Revenue Service, United States Postal Inspection Police, and Broward Sheriff’s Office were all involved in the operation. Numerous complaints have been circulating about Q Link Wireless, including poor customer service and technical problems. It seems that the concerns expressed by many users were valid, given the recent developments. We will have to wait for further information about potential arrests and charges resulting from this investigation.

I have concerns about Qlink as they required my social security number on the initial qualification page. I suspect it's a fraudulent website tactic similar to other scams online. The site claims to be government-funded, but their process seems designed to collect personal information solely to profit from affiliate agreements. Additionally, there is no clear way to cancel an order or unsubscribe from their program. I am frustrated because I wanted to keep my current number and phone, but the end of the process indicates I will receive a new number without giving me a choice. I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau Fraud Department for further investigation.
