I have two phones, one is the Chili Pepper Serrano. Both phones have black screens, and the Serrano doesn't recognize any SD card. It's frustrating. I was on the phone with India, which was difficult to understand. The representative suddenly disappeared and knew nothing about the phones. Then, the ZTX screen went black. I'm fed up with this service and the lousy phones I purchased. I want to cancel this service immediately. I can't handle this anymore. I am returning the Chili Pepper phone for a refund; I've had enough. The Indian service was terrible; the phone lines are of poor quality. They couldn't hear me properly, and I am completely done. I've spent hours seeking help on the phone. Please advise me on how to return these subpar phones. I'm switching back to Verizon because they have English-speaking representatives.

Hello, I'm Martin Carrier, a dissatisfied Q Link customer. I aim to transfer my phone number to my previous provider, Google Fi. Q Link's service has been disappointing as the 'unlimited' internet they advertise is far from the truth. The internet speed drastically slows down, and accessing customer service has been a nightmare. Recently, my internet, email, and text services were abruptly cut off, leaving me with only phone call abilities. Despite speaking to tech support, the issues remained unresolved, forcing me to seek alternative phone services even during a difficult time at the hospital. I urgently need the necessary code to switch my phone number back to Google Fi for a more reliable service. I prefer paying for dependable service over Q Link's misleading 'free' program. My aim is to make this transition promptly.

While filling out the application, I inputted the wrong birthdate and I am unable to correct it. Despite multiple attempts and uploading various documents such as my ID, birth certificate, and eligibility letter several times, the national verifier continues to have issues validating my information. I have spoken to a lady over the phone and chatted with agents who instructed me to update my birthdate and upload proof repeatedly without success. My correct birthdate is February 25, [redacted], but I mistakenly entered February 24, [redacted]. When I correct it in my profile, the national verifier still cannot validate it, prompting to take action on my application. Would it be possible to close out my current application so I can try reapplying later?

I'm reaching out because the SIM card provided to me couldn't be used due to my carrier not unlocking my iPhone. Shortly after, I lost my phone and it took a few weeks to get a new one. I've set up a new account with Cricket and was informed that I may receive assistance in paying my monthly bill with your support. I'm also having trouble accessing my Google account as I've forgotten the password linked to the email I used for my application, [redacted] In the meantime, I've created a new email, [redacted] until I can recover the other one. My date of birth is 05/27/[redacted], and the last four digits of my SSN are [redacted]. My phone number remains the same. Please provide guidance on resolving these issues and any available assistance. Thank you, Jackie Rudy

I have a plan with unlimited data, talk, and text. Lately, my data has been getting cut off at random amounts even though I haven't reached the data limit. When I contacted QLink customer service, they mentioned that the data speed was slowed down due to reaching the data allotment. However, there is no information on the website about this policy. I have been with QLink for three years, and this has never occurred before. This month it happened at 30, last month at 13, and before that at 25. I would appreciate an explanation for these fluctuating data cutoffs.

I recently recertified, and after coming across an ad for your services, I found myself considering switching to Q Link. How can I smoothly transition from one Lifeline wireless carrier to another without experiencing downtime? Can I receive a free phone and tablet? I reside in NY [redacted]. I would like to retain my phone number but receive a complimentary phone. I have encountered conflicting information regarding the options available, including the four different plans in NY. How can I learn more about them? Are there any limits on the services offered? Who is your provider? As I live in a Dead Zone, coverage is crucial, and some providers perform better here. My current company assured me that I can transfer my phone number. I inadvertently ended up on TruConnect's website while exploring options on your site. Thank you, Dani.

I am currently in a transitional housing situation, relying on limited WiFi access at Starbucks and McDonald's to work 24/7. Using off-brand cell phones has led to several connectivity issues that affect my ability to work remotely effectively. It has been frustrating, especially while applying for remote work opportunities that require a reliable phone. I am determined to secure stable income to move out of my vehicle and provide for my family, despite recent hardships. I urgently seek information on where to purchase a Google 6A cellular phone in a physical store, as my current phone is hindering my job search. Although I am based in the Sacramento area, I am constantly on the move. Facing challenges with email access and having lost my previous phone to theft, I am motivated to overcome these setbacks and improve my circumstances. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated on my journey towards financial stability.

I previously used Google Fi before switching to Q Link due to financial difficulties. Since then, I have found employment and no longer require the free service. I believe it's best to let others in need benefit from this opportunity. While I value the assistance provided to low-income families, I wish to transfer my longtime number back to Google Fi. Any guidance on the necessary steps or codes would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Patrick Mendele

While comparing different companies for a lifeline phone service, I encountered issues on the QLink website. Despite trying to select a new number with a new device, I inadvertently received a QLink sim card unexpectedly. As I planned to choose a device before activating the sim, I was surprised to receive an email from QLink stating they transferred my main business number without my consent. This unexpected move caused my paid account to have network issues, leading me to seek help from my original service provider to resolve the matter. The confusion around the automatic transfer of my number to QLink without permission has left me feeling unsettled about the situation.

I struggled to access the services from Q Link Wireless. Despite paying for Windstream for internet, I only managed to use their WiFi service that offered no benefit. Contacting Q Link's technical support didn't help resolve the issues as I never received the phone or text services promised. Frustrated by the lack of proper service, I've decided to return to my previous provider. I need guidance on transferring my original phone number back from Q Link to my phone and cutting ties with Q Link Wireless for good. Please focus on providing instructions on how to reclaim MY phone number instead of discussing the problems I encountered with Q Link. I'm no longer interested in hearing from them and just want to regain possession of MY number. Thank you.

I have been a Qlink Wireless phone service plan subscriber through the SNAP program for many years now. Recently, I received a SIM card for the first time, and I have been experiencing connectivity issues with my phone. I am disabled and spend most of my time inside my apartment, where I rely on AT&T internet service to watch TV. While my Qlink Wireless phone shows a strong signal when connected to my AT&T U-verse Wi-Fi, I encounter service disruptions once I move away from the router. This hinders my ability to communicate with my doctors and handle important phone appointments, impacting my healthcare. My phone is an Android VoLTE 4G. I need assistance in determining whether the issue lies with my phone, Qlink Wireless service, or if there is something else causing the problem. Your prompt help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated, as it affects crucial aspects of my life. Thank you for your attention and assistance in this matter.

Dear Community Members, I am seeking assistance with a situation regarding porting my number. Regrettably, the agents have shown dishonesty during this process. The government program in question aims to aid those within a specific income bracket, a category that many find themselves in due to unexpected circumstances. Each individual has a unique situation and it is important to adhere to the program guidelines. When requesting my ID number and PIN, I encountered resistance from the agents, who falsely claimed my number and account were canceled long ago. This misinformation has caused undue stress and I suspect my information is being misused. I am prepared to report this to the FTC as necessary. Your support in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dorraine

My Qlink phone service has not been working for two days. I was on hold with customer service for an hour and a half. When I finally got through to someone, he hung up on me. He had promised to call back if we got disconnected, but he didn't. When I tried calling back, the office was closed. I waited for another hour and a half just to be hung up on by Leonardo at customer service. This situation has affected my job, and I was waiting for important calls from my physician. This level of service is unacceptable.

Hello, I am Barbara Jane Shiflett. I had a Q Link phone a year ago, which I thought I canceled due to coverage issues while traveling. I am unsure about the phone number, email address, or my address at that time. I have reverted to using my maiden name. I am seeking assistance on how to cancel the phone. I prefer speaking to a live person instead of navigating through automated menu options. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Barbara

I applied for service with Qlink Wireless using my own phone initially, but it is no longer functioning properly. The speaker is not working, and I cannot be heard during calls. I urgently need a phone, so I was wondering if it is possible to receive a free phone since I never got one initially. Having a working phone is crucial for me as I have serious health issues and need to contact various doctors for appointments, as well as the disability office regarding my claim. If there is a way to assist me, please contact me via text at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] Thank you. Amy D. Tester

Hello, I am trying to confirm if I still have a Q Link phone associated with my Social Security [redacted] under the name Barbara Jane Shiflett. I had the phone a year ago but decided to cancel due to poor coverage while traveling. I want to know how I can cancel the phone since I no longer need it. Unfortunately, I don't remember the phone number, email address, or the address I used when I signed up. I also want to inform you that I now go by my maiden name. I prefer speaking to a live representative instead of navigating through automated menus. Can you please assist me in resolving this issue? I appreciate your help. Thank you, Barbara.

In the past, I had a phone with Assurance Wireless, but their service in my area was poor. I learned that to switch to a government-provided free phone, I needed to cancel my affiliation with Assurance Wireless, which I did over a month ago. However, when I check my case status online, it still shows me as an existing customer. I signed up with Qlink Wireless a couple of weeks ago and expected to receive a new phone by now, but it's been almost three weeks. I need assistance from someone knowledgeable to ensure I will receive a new phone with service. That's all for now. Thank you.

Please cancel my account with Q Link Wireless. They transferred my services from Easy Wireless without my full consent. I was assured by an agent that my ACP services would not be transferred until I received the SIM card, but it seems this was not the case. I have already contacted Easy Wireless to continue with their unlimited data plan. Kindly cancel my account today, and transfer my ACP services back to Easy Wireless. I am concerned about the security measures as you processed the transfer without requesting my account or PIN numbers. I wish to discontinue your services. My Q Link enrollment number is [redacted] and my Q Application number is QQ 95[redacted]7. Last four digits of SSN are [redacted]. My phone number is [redacted] and email is [redacted]. Thank you.

I've been experiencing issues with my phone service. Yesterday everything was fine, but now I can't make or receive calls or texts. I tried resetting my network settings, but it didn't help. I encountered language barriers with some customer service representatives, which made it difficult to get assistance. Despite following all the instructions for switching to Qlink, my service only worked briefly before cutting out completely. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with customer service, I switched back to Straight Talk where I had to pay $40 to regain service. The experience with Qlink and their SIM card for my Samsung Galaxy A50 Android phone was frustrating, and I've decided to look for alternative government phone service providers.

I'm a Qlink customer and have been receiving the ACP discount, giving me unlimited data, talk, and text. However, this month I noticed I no longer had unlimited data. After realizing my ACP service had expired, I reapplied and obtained an application number. I have been without data for 18 days now because I can't find anyone to assist me in re-adding the ACP discount to my existing Qlink wireless service. How can I reactivate the ACP discount for my Qlink wireless phone service?
