I regret to inform you that I have been unfairly terminated from my position. The previous individual in charge did not consider my explanations and failed to provide clear reasoning behind my termination. I was accused of using a supposedly inappropriate or sexually suggestive animation, which I disagree with. This animation is commonly used in various popular games on Roblox, not just mine. Despite this fact, I was the sole member in our group to face termination over this issue, a first-time offense for me. I was unaware that the specific animation was prohibited as many others have used it without repercussions. I have included this animation in my game for the past year, and so have numerous others without consequence. I believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding the nature of the animation. I kindly request a thorough reevaluation of the animation in question as it does not violate any of Roblox's community guidelines.

My son's account is AnimalKingDog, and he forgot the password. I may not be trusted, but my son thinks the account got hacked. If you can help us get into the website to see his account information and reset the password, we would appreciate it. I am paying for the premium subscription, and if he's not using it, I feel like I'm losing out. He created an avatar around 8 o'clock. I hope this information helps. My Roblox account, botiful_01, got terminated today, and I believe there might have been a misunderstanding. I introduced an obstacle course game inspired by the popular show "Squid Game" on Netflix, where players can win prizes. I placed Robux as virtual rewards in crates within the game. After publishing it to save progress without a specific name, my account was terminated within two hours. The initial Roblox support agent may have misunderstood my explanation, resulting in a swift ban without further communication. Despite trying to open a new ticket, I received a message stating that further appeals for the same ban would not be reviewed. I hope there's a way for my game to be reevaluated, considering the value of my account and my progress. Losing access as an active trader is disheartening, and any assistance would be greatly valued.

I have two issues to report. Firstly, someone hacked into my account with your company and withdrew over $5,[redacted]. I have been unable to recover the money as I have been hospitalized and desperately need it for my medication. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that there are no funds left. I would appreciate it if your manager could call me soon to resolve this matter before I file a formal complaint. Secondly, my daughter is experiencing problems with her account. Each time she plays, hackers access her account, harass her, take away her earnings, and even block her account. She purchased two $25 cards which are not functioning properly. This situation is distressing as I am unwell and cannot work currently. I recently logged out of my account, which had a lot of important things on it. When I tried to log back in, my password wasn't working. Despite contacting Roblox customer service and attempting to reset my password, nothing has been successful. It's frustrating because I've tried various methods, including calling and emailing them, without any luck. Even watching YouTube videos for help hasn't provided a solution. The support I received only directed me to unhelpful articles rather than providing the assistance I needed to access my account. It's been four days of unsuccessful attempts at regaining access.

My username is Unicorncthy. I was banned for saying "Yay gay kid," as there is nothing wrong with being gay. Kindly consider unbanning me and my friend, Alex122_4. She made a comment in response to someone suspecting her of being a hacker, but she meant no harm. We are both in quarantine, and playing Roblox has been a source of comfort for us. It would mean a lot if you could lift the ban on our accounts. Additionally, another user, that1gurl500, told us to go to a negative place, but she faced no consequences. I discovered that my account had been compromised a year ago due to a Discord server that sold scripts and models. I trusted someone from the server to install a script for me, but later found out unauthorized access had occurred. Despite changing the password, the account was deleted months later for violating Terms of Service unknowingly. I reached out to moderators, but they couldn't lift the ban. It is clear that another device accessed my account with recent password changes. I request deleting the violating game, disclosing which game caused the issue, and reconsidering the ban length as I believe the situation is unjust, especially without knowing which game led to the ban.

I was tricked into sharing my character's texture for a supposed render, only to unknowingly give away my .ROBLOSECURITY on a nefarious link. Despite having all security measures like 2-step verification and a pin, the hacker accessed my account via Discord. I urgently need to revoke the hacker's access and regain full control of my account. My Roblox username is SavvyCry. I request Roblox to change my security number promptly to prevent further breaches.

I recently encountered a method where I was tricked into sharing my character's texture for a render request. I followed instructions from a youtube video and unwittingly shared my .ROBLOSECURITY code hidden in the texture image on discord. Despite having 2-step verification, a pin, authorized email, and phone number linked to my account, a hacker accessed my account and traded my robux and limited items. I'm uncertain how to prevent the hacker's access. I hope to regain full control of my account. My Roblox username is SavvyCry. I request Roblox to update the security number on my account to secure it from the hacker.

I need help! In the Kohl’s Admin House NBC game, user JonathanVoyage is causing issues by hacking and preventing others from playing. There seems to be a group called Shade for Life associated with this. I purchased two game passes for [redacted] Robux each, totaling [redacted] Robux. Due to the hacker's actions, I can't utilize these game passes, and it's unfair to lose [redacted] Robux this way. I request a full refund of the [redacted] Robux to be credited back to my account. It's concerning that I'm unable to contact support via phone regarding this matter. I plan to escalate this to Apple because this behavior is unacceptable. Additionally, I believe the Better Business Bureau should be made aware of these issues. If the refund isn't processed, I may have to pursue legal action to address this matter.

I recently upgraded to premium using my credit card, as I didn't have any Robux left. I bought [redacted] Robux for $38 HKD, but upon logging in and checking the home screen, it showed my Robux balance as "0". To resolve this, I went to the payment page and attempted to enter the correct amount, only to receive an error stating the amount was incorrect and the transaction couldn't be completed. I'm now puzzled as to why my credit card was charged for this transaction.

Today, my daughter's account was compromised by a YouTuber named 'Blueflucy.' She mistakenly clicked on a link that led her to a fake 2-step verification page, where she unknowingly provided her information. Following this, she received an email confirming a login from Ashburn, Virginia. As a result, her account 'rizoz_kittykat' was hacked, with the hacker even altering her avatar. We urge for measures to prevent such incidents from occurring again and to safeguard other users' accounts. Given our investment of both money and time in this game, it is imperative that action is taken to address this issue. I recently had my account deleted without any prior notice. I was playing Roblox games online when another player reported my username, which I have used since [redacted] (Nigfig). I understand that as a person of color, my username might be offensive to some. If my username violated Roblox standards, I believe I wouldn't have been allowed to create my account with it originally. I am open to changing my username and would have done so if someone had informed me of any offense over the last 6+ years I've been using it. I'm upset because I was banned from the video sharing site after I tried to gain followers. Instead, my account was hacked, and a message appeared saying it was deleted due to adult content violations on Roblox. The review was conducted on 10/10/[redacted] at 2:35:11 PM (CT). The moderator cited multiple offensive items related to adult content which led to the termination of my account. They mentioned items such as "biqca," "na," "not too big," and "sezgin." My Roblox membership is due to renew on 11/8/[redacted], but I was advised to cancel it. If I want to appeal this decision, I was instructed to reach out through the Support Form.
