It all began when I asked radiaj_132955 to be my online friend, but they responded by calling me ugly and an old man. The clouds girl, xxrainbowclouds, then started talking about my parents without knowing anything about them. Can you please block the words "ur mom" and "ur dad"? Hello, I encountered an issue on 5/21 when attempting to access my Son's Roblox account under the username liltlevil to utilize the Roblox card he received for his Birthday. Unfortunately, we were unable to recall his password as he, being 9 years old, set up the account independently, and none of the provided emails or phone numbers were functional for the password reset. During my Husband's troubleshooting efforts, the game data was unintentionally removed, leaving my Son heartbroken as he has been an active player for approximately 4 years. Additionally, he used to play on my mobile device, and my contact number is [redacted] if necessary. I am hopeful that the necessary actions can be taken to retrieve his game progress. Hello ROBLOX Team, I am encountering an issue with my 2-Step Verification and require assistance. Unfortunately, I lost access to the email associated with my Roblox account as I did not save it and my phone was damaged 8 days ago. Yesterday, I tried to log in to my Roblox account but realized I was logged out. Although no hacking occurred, this made me uneasy. When I attempted to log back in, my usual 2-step verification process showed up. Usually, I receive the code via email; however, this time, I checked all my emails and none had the code. Can you please send the verification code to my Gmail account "[redacted]"? I have been using this account for 6-7 years since I was young and unaware of password security. Account Name: BraveCam3ron07 While browsing Roblox for a new game, I came across a clicker game with around 5k players that caught my eye. I joined the game and everything seemed normal. However, after about 10 minutes, I got kicked out for unknown reasons and was redirected to my homepage. Thinking it was a connectivity issue, I attempted to rejoin, but I received a message saying my session had expired and prompted me to log in. Confused, I tried logging in but was unsuccessful. I had robux in my account, so I checked my balance while still signed in on Roblox. Prior to being kicked out, I had [redacted] robux, but to my surprise, when I checked later on my Xbox, I only had [redacted] robux left. I attempted to reset my password, but realized my old phone number was listed instead of the new one.

My Roblox account got hacked recently, and the hacker posted inappropriate content which led to the account being deleted. I am unsure how they obtained my email and password, though I am unsure if I had 2FA activated. While I was in the Discord Jailbreak server attempting to trade cars, it's possible the hacker acquired my information there. The hacker locked my account with a parental pin, preventing me from making any changes, while they were attempting to alter the email and password. I possess evidence of their attempts to change my email and password, including screenshots. I will share these in a Google document displaying their activities. Thank you. [redacted]

The account "RichmanForPresident," previously known as "2016_Richman," was terminated on July 4, [redacted], at 3:44:36 PM due to a chargeback related to Builders Club. (Moderator's Note: Account deletion due to unauthorized/disputed charges.) At the time, I was around 15 years old and used my mom's credit card to purchase Builders Club. Unfortunately, the account was later terminated. I am hopeful that my account can be restored as it holds valuable saves, progress, and important data. I regret the oversight and wish for the opportunity to recover the account, which means a lot to me. I didn't fully explain the situation previously, and I sincerely hope for a chance to rectify this. Builders Club has been replaced by Premium, and I did not intend to cause any trouble. Hello, I have been experiencing difficulties with Roblox for the past two weeks. I recently received a suspension for inadvertently creating copyrighted assets. My concern is that I designed these assets before Roblox had DMCA policies in place. Despite trying to appeal the DMCA notice, I have not received any support from Roblox and feel dismissed. Roblox's repeated response has been, "We're sorry but we're unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry." They suggest reviewing previous information, which I have not received. I have invested a significant amount of money in ROBLOX and been a member for six years. Around 3 years ago, I got logged out of my Roblox account named Boomba51. I ended up creating a new account and starting over, even though I had all my progress on Boomba51 from playing for years. Lately, I've been missing it and have been trying to log back in without success, despite knowing all my details. Clicking 'forgot password' didn't help as I never received an email. A friend messaged me 3/2 years ago, mentioning I was online when I was actually logged out. I had a lot of progress on my old account and would like to see if there's a way to regain access, even if it means dealing with a possible hacking situation.

My child's Roblox account, Gamepro07, has been deleted due to an unauthorized charge issue after I made a complaint about another account, mariongoodboy, and requested a refund. I use two different cards for my kids' subscriptions and may have made an error leading to this situation. I am willing to pay any amount owed, but I never expected my son's account to be banned. He is upset and doesn't want to lose his account, so I am appealing the decision. More recently, about a year ago, the account @Mia2lit4u, which I received from my sister, also became inaccessible. Yesterday, June 16, [redacted], my sister was playing Bloxburg when she joined a friend and got teleported to another friend's neighborhood. While showing her castle, a message appeared on her screen about the account being accessed from a different device. This led to her being kicked out, unable to log back in due to the incorrect password prompt. Fortunately, her friend still had her added, showing a different avatar named Naiomi. To resolve this, she temporarily used our dad's old account to reconnect. The alleged hacker spoke Spanish, claiming to have created the account, which is untrue as I personally set it up for my sister. Her username is ZeroJac. Thank you and have a good day.

While playing Roblox one day, the app unexpectedly kicked me out, leading to being logged out of my Roblox account. Hello everyone, My name is Paul, a young individual who enjoys playing this game regularly. Some days ago, I realized that my account was being hacked by someone. This person accessed my account multiple times, stealing things, and making changes without my permission. After about two days, when I wanted to play, I noticed that my Roblox account had been deleted by a moderator who left me the following message: "your account has been moderated because one or more charges on the account were reported as unauthorized or disputed by the billing account holder." I have already spoken to a customer support representative who tried to assist me but to no avail. They suggested changing the password, but I couldn't since the account (username) has been deleted. I have contacted support and have not received a response. All I want is to continue playing without being hacked. I have experienced unauthorized charges totaling over $[redacted] on my Discover card. It has been extremely difficult to reach out to your customer service team. I have already sent an email and left a voicemail but have yet to receive a response, causing me frustration. I am requesting a full refund for both the hacked charges and any additional expenses my daughter made without my knowledge. It is disappointing that the security measures seem inadequate, and my daughter has been affected by these security breaches twice. I am adamant about receiving a complete reimbursement for the unsafe gaming network. Due to the lack of prompt communication, the ongoing unauthorized charges are concerning. I believe it is imperative for you to improve security to prevent further inconveniences and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

While searching for information about a game, I was directed to a link "roblox.com.uy" that resembled Roblox. I mistakenly entered my username (@SuperPuppy213456) and password on this fake site, believing it was a glitch. After not being able to log in, I realized I was already logged in on another tab. However, my screen name was changed to "key" and unauthorized users were added to my friends list. I suspect @alexkee28, @XxAlineWolfiex, and @pyyn4 may have accessed my account. They have altered my avatar and possibly changed my email. I am concerned about the security of my information as the hacker has not responded to my attempts to recover my account. I'm waiting for assistance from the support team and anxious about potential breaches into my other accounts where I have made purchases. Hi, I'm trying to understand how my son might have accidentally purchased Roblox points on Xbox. Can you clarify if it's easy to make these purchases within the game? For an 11-year-old, is it possible to buy points without realizing it, or is it a more intentional process involving selecting the points package, seeing the cost, and confirming the purchase? On May 7, [redacted], I reached out to Roblox regarding the non-delivery of a 2,[redacted] Robux avatar purchase. They acknowledged a software bug and assured me they were working to fix it. Subsequent follow-ups on May 15 and 27 provided updates on their progress but did not result in a refund of the missing Robux. Despite waiting until June 17 for the account to be credited, no refund was issued. Their responses directed me to Xsolla for a refund, without addressing the core issue of the missing Robux. Six weeks later, still without a resolution, I contacted Roblox again on June 18 only to receive a generic response blaming me for the supposed accidental purchase. I reiterated that the software bug caused the problem, not accidental purchase, and demanded a refund and further escalation. A few days ago, my account with the username qba1903 was unexpectedly deleted, and I am unsure why. I have reached out via email multiple times, but each response I received provided a different explanation. Whenever I requested proof or evidence, the communication halted. I simply wish to have my account reinstated and resolve this matter. Deleting accounts that users have put effort into without proper justification or evidence is unjust.
