I am having trouble accessing my Roku/Hulu account despite providing the necessary information. After multiple failed login attempts with my usual password, and even sharing the last four digits of my credit card, I am still unable to log in. I also have a separate TV, which I linked with a different email address to avoid clutter. I am concerned about the security of my account and would like to ensure that everything is in order, especially for my TV downstairs.

We have a strong internet and Wi-Fi signal coming from our router, which is only a few feet away from the Roku device and has no obstructions. We recently purchased a brand new Roku, but despite multiple attempts to reset both the Roku box and the Wi-Fi router, and modem, the Roku is unable to connect to the network. Although I can view my network's SSID in the Roku's Network settings when attempting to set up the connection.

We purchased a Roku Onn TV for our daughter in February [redacted], but it appears to be malfunctioning. Initially, it displayed strange white blocks on the screen, and last night it completely stopped working and will not power on. I am concerned about safety as my daughter mentioned seeing sparks. We initially bought a 55" model from Walmart on 2/7, exchanged it for a 50" two days later costing around $[redacted] due to size issues. I am looking for the original receipt but would like assistance in swapping the defective TV.

I initially subscribed to your service in January but decided to cancel shortly after. Despite receiving a refund of 24 cents for that month, I have noticed recurring charges on my PayPal account in various inconsistent amounts. I have contacted your customer service, and they refunded me for two months, totaling $1.60 less than what I am owed. Due to the specific timing of charges at the beginning and end of the month, I see a remaining balance of $48.59. I explicitly requested the cancellation back in January, and I am puzzled as to why these charges persisted. The issues with my accounts have caused inconvenience, and I would appreciate a resolution for the remaining amount promptly.

I've been facing difficulties communicating with your customer support team. My name is William Exley, and I would like a refund dating back to January. I contacted you to cease charging my account as I no longer required the prescription. Despite my request, I have been continuously billed since then. You only refunded me for two months totaling $9.40, but you still owe me $48.59 for the subsequent charges after I requested cancellation. You can reach me at [redacted] if the refund does not reflect in my PayPal account. Otherwise, I will have to escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau.

The remote functions do not work properly, except for volume and power. I have attempted all troubleshooting steps recommended online, excluding downloading to a USB device due to time constraints. Despite changing the batteries three times, pressing the button inside the remote, and unplugging and plugging the device as instructed, the remote remains dysfunctional. It is exasperating that such a simple task as watching TV has become so cumbersome due to this defective product. I am frustrated and dissatisfied with the poor quality and lack of resolution for this common issue. I request a refund promptly before my patience runs out. Your company must address and rectify this long-standing issue to improve customer satisfaction. - Sheryl Marcus

I have been charged for a service by Roku that is not under my name. I had previously discussed this issue with someone a few months ago. They had been charging me for over two years for services I never had. Despite several unsuccessful attempts to cancel the services online and receive a refund, the charges are still appearing on my account. Today, I noticed a $[redacted].00 charge and a $17.00 charge from Roku as well. I have not received the promised refunds.

I recently received an email about my payment issue with the Frndly subscription. I signed up for a free trial and updated my payment details to continue with the monthly subscription but got charged for the whole year instead. This unexpected charge used up the funds I had until my next pay day. Can the annual fee be refunded, and can I switch to the monthly payment plan instead?

I was charged for multiple ROKU channels I didn’t want. I couldn't reach anyone by phone. When I finally spoke to a person, they offered help for a monthly fee of $49. Customer service is lacking, and getting a refund seems impossible. Roku's customer service support is disappointing.

I am having difficulty paying my Roku bill. Roku does not provide information on how to pay or how much is due, leaving me confused. It would be greatly appreciated if Roku could send an email with the bill amount, due date, and payment instructions. It is essential for businesses to make it easy for customers to pay them on time. While I do enjoy using Roku, the lack of clarity regarding payments is frustrating. If Roku wants customers to pay for their services, they need to streamline the payment process. Your prompt attention to this matter would be highly valued.

I am unable to access certain channels like History, Discovery, Fox News, Animal Planet on my Roku device. Customer support tried to charge me for something I already paid for. I faced issues with free channels not appearing on my guide and was directed to a secure prepaid page asking for payment. I refuse to pay again for services. I would rather dispose of the TV than comply.

I have two TV sets that keep changing my viewing area from Atlanta, GA, to Greenville, SC without my intervention. This occurs frequently, and being 86 years old, I find it inconvenient to have to reach out for help each time. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved automatically on your end to prevent this recurring problem in the future.

I need urgent assistance changing the information on my Roku TV as it is not functioning and needs to be returned. I am unable to afford any troubleshooting costs at the moment. I have lost access to the email associated with the TV but have a new one which I want to update for troubleshooting before sending the TV back for a refund. Please stop redirecting me to pages that require payment. This is my third attempt at resolving this issue, and it is becoming increasingly frustrating for me.

I purchased an additional Roku Streaming Stick 4K through my Roku account online. I've been attempting to set it up all afternoon, but I keep encountering an Error [redacted] that is preventing me from proceeding. After checking the community board, it appears that many others are facing the same issue. I would appreciate a refund to my account or the shipment of a replacement device. It was quite frustrating to wait so long for this product in the first place. I am eagerly awaiting your response.

I recently purchased a Roku Express HD streaming player to use with my Sharp Aquos Liquid Crystal TV, Model LC-32D47UA. I meticulously followed the setup instructions from steps 1 to 5. However, upon attempting to turn it on, I encountered an issue. The screen remains blank, and there's no display appearing. While the blue light did flicker a few times after step 4, nothing happened afterwards. I have double-checked the connections to ensure everything is correctly set up. My daughter signed me up for Nexsmax, and I was charged $54.58 for a yearly Newsmax subscription. I have been unable to access my account as I was locked out due to incorrect email or password. I recently purchased a Westinghouse Roku smart TV, model WR40FC2220. I've noticed it doesn't have Bluetooth capabilities. I've managed to use the app on my phone for private listening with streaming channels, but now I'm looking to connect my Bluetooth headphones to access audio from streaming, TV channels, and my computer. I'm wondering if a Bluetooth dongle transmitter for the audio jack would be a simple solution. I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions, as Westinghouse directed me here for assistance.

I made a payment to Direct TV outside of Roku and my account is now up to date. However, my channels are blocked on Roku. I request the unblocking of my channels. I will ensure to make payments through Roku next month. The fee has been deducted from my checking account. Please restore my Direct TV channels promptly.
