Ref: Q*DUNS**Good morning,**We asked for a*refund of our voucher, value, £***.**.**At the time we asked for the refund to be paid into an account other than the original payment card as that is now obsolete and the company no longer exists but we received an email on ** june to *****@***.com telling us that the refund has been processed back to the form of payment used to pay for the booking.*This was done after us informing you that this card no longer exists.*The payment to us must have rebounded back to you and we now ask if someone could contact us so that we can provide a different account for payment due can be paid.*We have constantly tried calling various telephone numbers without success and have emailed to ******@***.com and *****@***.com but have had no response.**Yours**Gary Crudgington
