Hello, I have been trying to reach out to Sklz regarding a question about ordering replacement Removable Ball Tracks and Track Connectors for the Sklz Accelerator Pro putting green. I've sent 14 emails and unsuccessfully tried to message them on their website. Unfortunately, all my emails were returned as undeliverable. The recipient's domain seems to have issues with their email addresses, including [redacted] as listed on their website. I would like to inquire about the pricing of each item and the shipping charges to Sacramento, CA [redacted]. Any help in getting my question to Sklz would be greatly appreciated. I received an email stating that I violated a policy by having multiple accounts, one under [redacted] being replaced by [redacted], which I don't have. Please stop sending me emails and correct this issue. Thank you.

I was about to receive a reward after 30 days of gameplay, but on the 29th day, my account suddenly stopped working. Despite reaching out for help, I encountered different customer service representatives each time who provided vague responses and didn't resolve my issue promptly. Unfortunately, as the problem occurred in the Pool Payday game, I had to seek assistance through the Skillz Trivia app since I couldn't access my account directly. After days of back and forth, they finally reinstated my streak, but I had already spent the remaining balance on my account out of frustration. To continue participating, I had to add more money. Additionally, I noticed some changes to minor details in my account, which they were hesitant to explain clearly. Frustrated by the lack of assistance, I became upset and expressed my frustration, leading to them banning my account, which I feel was unjust.

My username LittleMommy9902 was banned a few weeks ago without any explanation. Despite reaching out for support, all I was told was that my account had been flagged. They promised to resolve the issue by July 15th but never did. My account remains locked with no response from the support team. I've filed complaints with the BBB but have made no progress. I have been a dedicated user of the Strike app for over 5 years with almost 62,[redacted] wins. I have supported and promoted the platform, assisting newcomers in chat. I'm baffled by the ban and have repeatedly asked for clarification without success. I just want to understand my mistake, apologize if needed, and prevent it from happening again. Please, I urgently need my account reinstated.
