My name is Richard Glaze. I have been a Safelink customer since Dec ****. At one point my phone number was changed due to receiving way too many wrong numbers. Along with have a new phone number assigned (***) ***-**** I also received a larger smartphone because I have difficulty with my hands due to my disability. I live in a nursing home and my phone was accidentally taken from my room and could not be found. When I called Safelink and talked with a manager*supervisor I was told that there had been not activity on the phone and that I would receive a replacement phone with the same phone number (***) ***-****. I was told the phone would be express delivered but after waiting more than a few weeks I called back to find out where my new phone was. We went over name, address, phone number, SS * etc and was assured that a new order would be placed and I would receive a new phone in a matter of days. This went on and on and on for months. Myself and my daughter who helps me with everything called several time and I have yet to get this free replacement phone with my last assigned phone number. My mother just passed away and I need a new phone immediately! I have to be in constant contact with a lawyer, the register of wills, her bank and other state agencies. Please send me a new (largest) smartphone with ***-***-**** as the phone number. I have made * calls to Safelink customer service and spoken with representatives and * mangers. I have been transferred several times and the calls were disconnected. Here is my original enrollment ID *********. You do not have permission to use any of my personal information supplied here for anything other than correcting this ongoing problem. My personal information is private and needs to stay that way. Do not share or sell my name, email or any information about me to anyone or any business. Please rectify this matter immediately. Thank you in advance
