This is for a Galaxy S* that was defective and has been approved for an exchange. I sent my device in on **** and after calling several times, Samsung confirmed that the received the device on **** and informed me that I would receive a replacement device within *-* days. It's been ** days and I don't have a device and I call daily and people tell me I will receive a device any day now. It never happens and no one can tell me when I'll actually receive it because there still hasn't even been a shipping label created to send it to me. I've been promised that I would receive callbacks or a phone and it never happens.
GetHuman2976576 did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
