The dryer I ordered from Sears was installed incorrectly. After two service calls, the installation company wasn't able to fix the issue (wrong vent used and bad power cord). The person from Appliance Connection*Sears Marketplace told me I could bring in my own service provider and that I would be reimbursed for *) the original installation paid to Sears *) the service calls *) the price of the new cord. I submitted the receipts on March *, ****. He has communicated that a refund for $***.** was processed on ****. I have not received that refund. There is no option to speak to a customer service rep when I call the number he gave me for Sears (***-***-****). Please advise as to when and how I will receive the refund.
