I placed an order with Sears on September **th and it was supposed to be delivered October *th and it's never come. I contacted the seller over two days ago and I've heard nothing. I contacted Sears chat yesterday and she told me she was going to report it and I would get an email in ** hours. I have got no email I still don't have my package. I want to know where is my package
