I tried to use the GetHuman app, but after waiting for almost an hour online I called Southwest directly on one of my other phones and they picked up within three minutes. My vouchers had two days left before they would expire but Southwest was able to give me a six month extension on them and told me that if I booked a flight before the six months was up and had to cancel I would then be able to get an unlimited time span for re-issued vouchers.
