Xbox free trial was activated then I was unable to effectively use the application being away from my devices wheres my account details were. I was then charged for multiple months. I read and accepted the terms but was physically unable to cancel my account for this time and need the money back and some because I have been over drafted and had to take some time off my work day to sort this issue out. For * months I’d need a $** refund and for the overdraft charge that I now need Spotify to cover is another $**.xx dollars
