Hello, I recently upgraded my account on my phone to premium. However, when I attempted to log in on my laptop using the same account details, I received an error message stating that my password and email were incorrect. My email address has been confirmed, yet when I tried to reset my password by clicking "forgot password" and entering my email address, I did not receive a reset email in my Gmail inbox. I also attempted the same process with my username, but no reset email was received either. As a student throughout the entire year, I provided Spotify with proof of my enrollment, only to have my student status rejected. My parents gifted me two six-month Spotify Premium subscription cards, which I assumed could be applied to my account. Upon recent exploration of Spotify's website, I was disappointed to learn that I was eligible for a student discount all along, paying a higher rate unnecessarily. Switching back to the student plan rendered my $[redacted].00 USD Spotify Gift Cards useless for payment. This experience has been frustrating and makes me feel manipulated after years of loyalty. Many of my peers believe Spotify's service is lacking and recommend switching to a different streaming platform. I hope this situation improves, as I am hesitant to transfer playlists and songs due to the inconvenience it may cause.

I used Cash App to pay my bill on December 22nd for $10.81, which was the exact amount I owed. The payment was received on the same day. However, I keep receiving notifications to make the payment again. I have been on this plan for years and have never had any issues. My debit card information changed, which is why I used Cash App without any problems. Please stop charging me and sending pop-up notifications asking for a payment. Thank you.

Hello, I need some assistance regarding my premium account. I recently got a new phone and the email associated with my premium account no longer exists. As a result, I am unable to login to my old premium account. I would like to create a new premium account for my new phone but also need to cancel my old premium account linked to the outdated email to avoid being charged $10. Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Daniel Passini. I subscribed to a Duo Subscription for myself and my daughter under my name using my email "[redacted]" and my phone number [redacted][redacted]. I made a mistake, and the "Duo" is registered twice under my name, leaving my daughter unable to access the subscription. I recently discovered I was being charged for a Spotify account that I was unaware of. After disputing the charges with my bank in [redacted] and getting them credited back due to several fraudulent charges, Spotify is still billing my bank account. I attempted to contact Spotify online via email, but received no response. Unfortunately, their customer service line is unavailable by phone, leaving me stuck. I would like to inform you that I have been charged $9.99 monthly on my credit card for a service I wish to cancel. I have attempted to use both my old and current email addresses as usernames to no avail, as I seem to have lost access to the associated accounts. I have not received any email instructions for resetting the password. I tried to contact customer support without success. As a long-time loyal customer of Spotify, I have been attempting to cancel my subscription for the past year. Unfortunately, my requests have been consistently overlooked. At this juncture, not only do I desire the cancellation of my service, but I am also requesting a refund for the past year. The level of usage can be clearly seen, or not, depending on your review. I recently received an email about a Spotify account update, but I do not have a Spotify account. Additionally, I have been experiencing security breaches for a year with accounts opened using my stolen information. If my email address or home address is linked to this Spotify account, it is due to stolen information. Please investigate this matter, cancel the account, and provide details on the information used to open these accounts. Although I have not seen any charges on my current cards, I'm concerned that a previous card might have been used to open the Spotify account. If this is the case, I need to update my passwords. I deleted my SoundCloud account a month ago, but my music is still on Spotify. I recently joined TuneCore but I can't release any new music until the previous releases under artist names Trypp To, Tip To, Gorre Cory, and Da Kult of Trypp To are removed. I am a 65-year-old woman who has been noticing unauthorized charges on my Direct Express card. On the 5th of this month, I discovered 5 unauthorized charges, including 2 from Spotify, debited on the 3rd when my check was deposited. Direct Express investigated back to January [redacted], revealing that Spotify had been charging my account monthly. They are currently looking into the past 12 months to determine how long these charges have been occurring. I want to clarify that I did not authorize these charges as I have no interest in using a music app like Spotify. I am hoping for a verification process to prove that I have never used Spotify's services and to request a full refund for all the unauthorized charges deducted. Direct Express is diligently investigating the duration of these monthly charges, and I am looking forward to a prompt refund to resolve this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I just added five dollars to my Cash App to pay for a $10 Uber ride. While ordering the Uber, $9.99 was deducted from my Cash App for Spotify. I do not use Spotify and don't have the app on my phone. I'm unsure who initiated this charge or the associated email. I am unable to access my card number. I would like a refund for the unauthorized charge. I recently discovered that I have been billed on two separate credit cards each month unknowingly. I am unsure how long this has been going on as I haven't been able to review all my statements thoroughly. I noticed charges on both my Citi Card and Chase Card in January and February. It would be greatly appreciated if you could investigate this issue to determine the duration of the double billing on my accounts.
