My player tag is anandvna #YJVV0JYUU. One day, a scammer infiltrated my clan, claiming to offer their maxed Town Hall 14 in exchange for my account. Falling for this trick, I messaged them on WhatsApp as instructed. They asked me to create a new email for them to connect their Town Hall 14 to my Gmail. Not knowing the process, they seized control of my account, asking for a 6-digit code from the new email. When I realized my Town Hall 13 was compromised, I reported the incident to Supercell support, but received no response. Desperate to reclaim my account, which I've been playing for almost one and a half years, I seek assistance in resolving this matter.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am feeling hopeless regarding the situation with my game account. I made a mistake by trusting a stranger who offered to share their account for clan games. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam. I provided the person with the required information, and they blocked me afterward. Now, I am unable to access my Town Hall 13 account under the player tag YJVOJYUU. This incident has caused some of my clanmates to become inactive or leave. I recently switched from a Samsung S9 to an iPhone. Unfortunately, when I tried to access my account on the new phone, I was banned for 31 days. I used my brother's Android phone to contact support via Google Play to resolve the issue and restore access to my account "beastking2.0." I am now locked out of my main account on my new iPhone 12 as I had just opened the app and have not completed the tutorial. It's frustrating not being able to access my account on the new device.

I used to be an avid Clash of Clans player until my phone was stolen while my account was in the middle of a war. The account, a Th12 one at the time, was being used by my clanmates who needed access to it to continue the fight in the war. I understand that sharing accounts is against the rules and can result in a ban, but I did it to support my clan. Unfortunately, when I tried to regain control of the account by removing the Supercell ID, I was locked out because I didn't know the devices my clanmates were using. This led to confusion with Supercell thinking there was suspicious activity on the account. When I decided to return to playing my game using this email address, I found that my Supercell ID was disconnected, and my game village was missing, and I couldn't locate it connected to my email. On October 12 at around 6 am Central Time in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, I received a text from my clan mate informing me that my account was being accessed by someone else. Despite initially doubting this claim, upon checking, I discovered that indeed, my clan leader was correct. An unknown individual, with a Russian name, had taken over my account and made changes. After noticing an email verification request in Russian, I promptly changed all my email passwords. Despite my efforts, I now require an unlock code to access my account. I have documented the entire incident and have screenshots of the conversation where this imposter meddled with my account and clan, using my resources. How can I regain control of my base? Despite contacting customer service and having my account still accessible on my phone, I find the process confusing. I am ready to provide all my evidence to rectify this situation. Dear Supercell, I am requesting the return of my account or a refund for the money I spent on gems. My account was banned due to a misunderstanding while I was helping my younger brother recover his account. He is only 10 years old and didn't know how to resolve the security issue. During the recovery process, I mistakenly provided the wrong information about the devices used to log into the account, which led to the ban. I understand the need for account security, but I assure you that I had no harmful intentions towards my brother's account. I have always adhered to the fair play policies and was even planning to purchase a gold pass. Hello, my name is Billy F. I attempted to retrieve my old Clash of Clans account by creating a new one. However, when I answered the questions asked by Andreas, my account was banned. The old account was created around April [redacted] or [redacted], during my time in middle school. Unfortunately, I don't have any receipts as proof. Now in college, my friends and I decided to play again and I wanted to regain my old account due to the time and effort I had invested in it. I never linked it to an email. Despite my efforts, when I tried to recover it, they mentioned my account would be banned. The old account's ID is #29CG9GLY, and the new one is #LUQVQPURQ. I would like my account reinstated. I was banned without prior notice while helping my friend regain access to their account. My account was just recovered recently before this ban occurred. I am puzzled as to why I am being prevented from playing the game despite the assistance I was providing. The player in the game even welcomed me back and helped me with basic gameplay, only for me to be banned afterward. Please review my account history to verify this sequence of events. I am reaching out on behalf of my elderly mother who had her Heyday account locked and she was banned. She is 76 years old and didn't realize she was violating any rules. She accidentally played on two different devices, thinking she was able to do so and when her account got locked, she mistakenly started over using my grandson's account. We both were unaware that this was against the game's policy. She spent hundreds of dollars on her account and just wishes to have access to it again. We are not tech-savvy and have been unable to resolve this through Heyday's automated system. Her farm is called Granny's Place in the Dennis Valley neighborhood. I tried to transfer my old Clash Royale account to my new phone, but I got banned even after providing two receipts and all the necessary information, except for my old username that I changed three years ago and no longer remember. I learned that I could link the account to my Supercell ID, which I did, but I'm still banned on my new phone, preventing me from playing. I reached out to support via email to request being unbanned, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response.

Upon logging back into Clash Royale, I was shocked to discover that I had received a 2-day ban for disruptive behavior with no clear explanation or method to appeal. My username, inferno dragon, is not offensive, and I always maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards others in the game. As the leader of my clan, which has been active for 7-8 months, I ensure that our interactions are always friendly. I am truly baffled by this sudden ban and frustrated by the lack of communication or avenue to address this issue. After nearly 5 years of dedicated play, it's disheartening to face a ban without proper justification or recourse. I believe there should be better mechanisms in place for handling bans, reports, and providing feedback to players in Clash Royale.

I received a permanent ban for disruptive behavior. I admit to using inappropriate language, such as the word "fuck." However, I want to clarify that when using this language, I was referring to myself and not directing it at anyone else. I believe the ban was too severe considering the context. If I am not allowed to be unbanned, I kindly request that the individual who reported me be banned for one week instead. Additionally, I would like to transfer my mini pekka card from my banned account to my new one.

Hello, a few days ago my account was temporarily blocked (I will tell you the reason later) with the tag #P9VV0YQ9G of my village which was eventually permanently blocked. This happened because of my friend who had access to my village on his phone as I logged in a couple of times on his phone, but I didn't expect him to do this. What did he do? He started messaging Technical Support at the same time as me (when my account was temporarily blocked) without my knowledge, pretending it was his account, and chaos ensued leading to a permanent ban. I truly hope for your help, please review the ban. It's heartbreaking to lose the village I've spent 5 years on. I created it back in February [redacted], I beg you to help me, this village means a lot to me.

I have a Clash of Clans account with a level 12 town hall linked to an email address that could be compromised. I am seeking guidance on changing the email associated with my Clash of Clans account to a different one as a precaution. Currently, I can still access the email account. I aim to update the CoC account with a new email due to concerns about an unknown "Family Manager" linked to the email. Should it be necessary, I am prepared to delete the email account.
