However, the statement did not include a payment address or instructions on how to identify the payment for proper accounting. Upon attempting to access my account online, I realized I needed the full account number, which I have not received. As a result, I am concerned about incurring late fees or defaulting on my credit card debt. I request that Synchrony Bank promptly provide me with the necessary account details at no extra cost and consider extending the due date, given the circumstances. I also encountered difficulties with the virtual assistant and live chat feature on your website, experiencing delays and issues with receiving assistance efficiently. I am writing to request the cancellation of account number [redacted] in the name of M.M. The reason for the cancellation is due to missing molding needed to complete the flooring installation. The process began with measurements taken on August 16, followed by a visit to the store on August 27 to check on flooring availability and financing. Unexpectedly, a loan was processed by September 14, with payment obligations starting on October 6. Despite numerous phone calls, no installation date has been provided since September 15. As a next step, I will be sending a letter to Synchrony Bank in Orlando with a copy to Starks Carpet One in Ormond Beach, Florida, outlining the reasons for the cancellation request.

I've been trying to log into my account for a few days now but have been unsuccessful. When I reach the login page, I am directed to verify my phone number with a 5-digit code, but I am not receiving the code via voicemail or text. I can make a payment using Guest access but would like to review my account as there appears to be an unfamiliar phone number listed. I am unsure why I am not receiving the access code to my account, and I want to be able to access it to review the changes, as there seems to be an extra phone number added within the last month. I had no issues paying my bill last month, but I am now unable to log in.

In May [redacted], I had to close my email account and never opened a new one. Credit cards like Lowe's, serviced by Synchrony, require an email address on their website, making it mandatory instead of optional. Despite contacting them about this six times since May, they claim they cannot change this field. I'm seeking ways to address this issue on their website, as it seems to be a common problem for seniors. I have resorted to entering "[redacted]" in the field. I believe I have been approved for a Walgreen's credit card as I am receiving emails from Synchrony regarding my account. However, I have not yet received the card and cannot log in to my account. I initially applied online and later spoke to a Walgreen's representative who submitted another application for me. I received a rejection letter stating I had already applied. I am unsure if I was approved from my online application, if the card was never sent, or if it was lost in the mail. It would be helpful to have this situation clarified. I made a payment on my HSN charge card for $45.00, but the bank mistakenly withdrew $[redacted].00 from my checking account. Despite faxing my bank statement to three different recipients on October 4, [redacted], I still haven't received a refund from Synchrony Bank as promised after processing on October 6. Now, on October 13, I was informed that my request was rejected because my statement didn't show a balance. This is frustrating as my statement clearly indicated the $[redacted].00 payment to HSN. I find it unacceptable to have to go through such difficulties to recover my money. I explained my financial situation due to the pandemic, but they were unhelpful, stating it would take 3 to 7 days to resolve. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating and I expected better service.

I recently applied for Carecredit to purchase a stair glide, as it is medically necessary for me to leave my home due to being wheelchair bound. Unfortunately, the companies I wanted to buy from cannot set up Carecredit for the purchase. Despite this, Carecredit is accepted for items like Bowflex, which seems unfair. Local companies are charging much more for a stair glide than the ones I found, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I urge the company, led by Mr. Brian Doubles, to address this issue promptly as my mobility and safety are at stake. I recently received an offer for a Lowe's credit card with a $[redacted] credit limit. When I tried to apply over the phone, the experience was frustrating. The representative had a strong accent and a bad cold, making communication difficult. I decided not to finish the application and instead submitted the form at the Hanford, CA store. Unfortunately, I received a denial due to a "prior application" being too recent. Even though I shop at Lowe's often, I was indifferent about the approval since I wouldn't use the card much. To improve customer service, it would be beneficial if representatives spoke clear English, regardless of their location. As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount at Lowe's, I find this treatment unacceptable. The credit card application process needs improvement, or offers should be reconsidered for customers who may not be interested in credit.

For the past few months, I have been dealing with continuous harassment from Synchrony Bank regarding a credit card debt issue with J. C. Penny in Draper, UT. The name mentioned in the messages is "James Bowie (Buie)." This has been going on for over a month, and I am no longer willing to tolerate it. I urge Synchrony to stop this harassment by identifying the caller(s). I have no association with J.C. Penny and do not use online banking. If this continues, I will have to seek help from relevant authorities or banking commissions to put an end to this situation.

I need to cancel my PayPal account. It has been hacked and scammed. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to reach a customer service representative from the bank. They only answer my questions if I pay a $[redacted] service fee. If this is the level of customer service provided, then I am considering canceling all my credit cards from Synchrony and discontinuing their use altogether. This decision will significantly impact my annual expenses.

Hello, my name is Tony Z. I have multiple accounts with you, but the one I'm concerned about today is my eBay credit account. After speaking with three different eBay agents, I had trouble understanding them due to their broken English. There were unauthorized charges on my account, items I didn't order. They mentioned someone named H. Wang was linked to my account. I requested to freeze my account to investigate further. I suspect this person has been using my account for some time as my balance hasn't decreased for months. The last PayPal agent I spoke with had difficulty communicating in English and disputed all my purchases, leaving me confused. PayPal hasn't disclosed how long this unauthorized person had access to my account. I believe I've been a victim of fraud. I would like a new PayPal account number issued to me as I don't want to use the current one. I am looking to stop a recurring payment to BabyBlisters.org. I contacted them, and they advised me to go to my PayPal account to stop the payment, but that option is not available. Despite stopping the payments on PayPal last month, I discovered they were charging me again. After contacting them, they mentioned I could reach out to the bank to halt the payments. They offered me a refund of $30 if I dropped the dispute, which they fulfilled, along with waiving the $28 late fee.
