Hallo, yesterday I went to Tmobile store on **** **th St NW, Washington and I asked for a $** refill on my number *** *******. One of the associate told me that my sim card had to be replaced and from that moment I was not able to get on line from my phone. My plan was $* per day unlimited data, unlimited text and call. Shortly after refill I received a text message saying that $** were put on my account (I asked for a $** refill and my credit card was charged for $**,**). I will be out of U.S. until next Monday May **th. I hope you can help me out to solve the problem. My old sim card worked perfectly until that moment. Please let me know what went wrong.
