The issue in GetHuman-toppsric's own words
I have been totally screwed over by customer service! You have been illegaly charging me for a number that I know nothing about! For * months. The insurance added on one of my phones was on the wrong phone. I actually needed to use it and couldn’t because the moron who set it up put it on my used phone versus one of the new phones on my Account.
GetHuman-toppsric did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
