My service was turned off due to not being able to pay my bill. I want to log in and can pay for it now but since my service is off, I cant verify a code through my number. Without the verification, it won't let me into my account and I cannot pay.

GetHuman-doanek did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
