I was a t-mobile customer for years on an account with my father. He decied to cancel his account so I tried to open my own. T-mobile support was such a nightmare to deal with that out of frustration I switched to Mint. The cell service with Mint is terrible so I decided to go back to t-mobileand I signed up for pre-paid. I ordered a sim card and it arrived a couple of days ago. When I put it in my phone it says "no service" and when I try to log back in to my t-mobile account it says no account exists. I just chatted with customer service again and they told me to factory reset my phone and said they could not help me with my account.
