Pickup a drive thru mobile app order for very, very hungry family members. ... Placed an app Order (* ******) for ** items (totaling $**.**) for drive thru pick-up at the location at **** Rock Springs Rd, Apopka, FL ***** and:**A. * Spicy Cheesy Burritos - both missing key ingredients Seasoned Rice and Jalapenos. One of which also had only black beans and nacho cheese sauce (so it was missing sour cream and fiesta strips as well).**B. * Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito - was missing Seasoned Rice all together.**C. * Black Bean Hard Tacos w*easy cheese - were barely filled whatsoever.**D. * Bean Burrito - had hardly any beans.**E. Requested ** hot sauces (or *.* per items in the order), yet only received **.**Missing ingredients were not mentioned in the app, nor by any employee during pick up so not sure if they were just running low and conserving or just forgot to add the required ingredients and*or portions. Have had similar experiences recently at especially this local Taco Bell, so need to voice my concerns.**Given bulk of my order was either missing key ingredients all together or components we're severely lacking in 'normal' portion size, am requesting a Full Refund, please.
I had hungry fam (including those with special dietary needs) at home and couldn't go return to the location to speak to a Manager since we were starving. Also, this has been happening more and more recently at both this location, which is my most frequented (**** Rock Springs Road, Apopka, FL *****) as well as other Taco Bell's I've visited both in and out of the Orlando area. This location also used to be superb with order accuracy and adequacy of fillings, which makes the recent gaffes all the more baffling.
Full Order Refund of $**.**, please.
My family has been a near weekly customer of this location for well over a decade (including gone out of my way to both Praise and Tip team members and leave positive feedback previously via TellTheBell.com).
Not yet as I couldn't go back to the location to talk to the Manager and the Taco Bell app feedback mechanism doesn't seem as robust as the prior TellTheBell.com method so wanted to call Customer Service directly and attempt to talk to a Human, please.
