During my recent visit to the Taco Bell in Washington Courthouse, OH on 11/26/22 around 6:30 pm, I ordered a Dr Pepper, water, a Crunchwrap Supreme, and a side of nachos with cheese. After leaving the restaurant and eating my nachos, I found out that my Crunchwrap was soggy, thin, and only had beans, some tomatoes, and a steamed corn tortilla inside - missing the meat, cheese, and lettuce. It was smaller than expected. I paid in cash and didn't receive a receipt. I believe I should receive coupons for a free replacement due to the incorrect order. I encountered several issues with the app and payment process, which consumed nearly an hour of my time. I faced difficulties using my fiance's card, making the experience a nightmare. Arriving at the restaurant, my drinks were already placed on the rack upon my arrival. However, an hour later, I was told they were mistakenly marked as completed. To compensate for the long wait, the manager offered me three cherry freezes to consume while I waited and gave me a free Taco coupon as an apology. The entire ordeal started at 10:35 pm, and I only arrived home with my food past midnight, taking over an hour and a half to order and receive my food from a Taco Bell just two minutes away. This was my first time using the app, and it was far from the smooth experience I expected. I am completely dissatisfied and request an immediate full refund. This unfortunate incident ruined my evening with my significant other, and despite the refund, I feel more needs to be done to address the inconvenience.

I visited the Taco Bell on Clinton Highway in Knoxville, Tennessee at 2:08 am on a Friday. I patiently waited at the drive-thru since the sign was lit, indicating it was open until 3 am according to Google. However, after receiving no response, I approached the window to find two employees inside. I was ready to place my order when one of them informed me that Taco Bell was closed. I'm left wondering if the Google information regarding the operating hours was inaccurate.

I was charged for items I did not receive. My frozen items were not filled up completely. They kept my debit card inside while preparing my order. I had to move back and wait at a pole during food preparation. The shells were cold and stale, not to mention the burritos and tacos were not as ordered. The whole experience was disappointing. I was bringing food to my sister undergoing a kidney transplant, and this was not what I had hoped for her.

My spouse and I visited Taco Bell on the outer loop in Louisville, Kentucky, across from Jefferson Mall. We ordered three Doritos Locos Tacos, two Beef and Bean Burrito Supremes, and a 12-piece Regular Tacos Party Pack. Initially, the total was $19.32, but at the window, they realized the 12-pack wasn't included, so I had to pay an extra $20. Disappointingly, upon getting home, I found a Doritos Locos Taco missing, the regular tacos had very little meat, the hard taco shells were all cracked, and everything was cold when I expected a hot meal.

During a recent visit to Taco Bell on the outer loop in Louisville, Kentucky, my wife and I experienced some issues with our order. After initially being told our total was $19.32, the cashier at the window mentioned an additional $20 charge. Upon arriving home, we found that the hard tacos were broken, a Doritos Locos Taco was missing, and there was a lack of meat in some of the tacos. My spouse and I visited Taco Bell on Outer Loop in Louisville, Kentucky, last night on December 4th. At the ordering speaker, we requested three Doritos Locos Tacos, two Beef and Bean Burrito Supremes, and a 12-piece Taco Party Box with half soft and half hard tacos. The initial price given increased from around $20 to over $40 when we arrived at the window. Upon receiving our order, we discovered all the hard shell tacos were broken, one Doritos Locos Taco was missing, and the regular tacos had very little meat. I took photos of everything. When I tried to address the issue upon returning, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, claiming they couldn't do anything as they were about to close. The lady at the window refused to provide her name and closed the window on me. Please, could someone get in touch with me about this situation?

Last night, I ordered Taco Bell for delivery, but the driver dropped off the order a couple of houses away from mine. Given I have COVID, I couldn't walk down the street to retrieve it. When I asked the driver to help, he directed me to contact support. I reached out to DoorDash since he claimed to work for them, and they advised me to contact Taco Bell support for a refund.

I recently visited the Taco Bell located at [redacted] Dr Frank Lee Jr in Florence, SC, on November 23, [redacted]. I ordered three Doritos Locos Tacos without lettuce, requesting only meat and cheese. Upon seeing the staff trying to pick off the lettuce instead of remaking them, I spoke to the manager, expressing my concerns as I am unable to consume lettuce due to getting sick. The manager assured me they remade the tacos, but upon arriving home, I found the tacos still had bits of lettuce on them. I took photos showing the lettuce remnants on all three tacos. I am now more conscious of deals and bargains but also appreciate businesses that offer good value. I recently tried the "Classic Combo" for $5 at your establishment, and it exceeded my expectations. Although I typically order the same thing, I decided to try something new this time. I was extremely satisfied with both the food and the reasonable pricing. I had an issue with ordering on your app last Tuesday, 12/6. I was trying to order a craving box for my disabled daughter, but due to frequent glitches, I had to create a new account. Even though my username is Lane, I tried to pay with my Capital One card under the name Karen Rivera. However, the app kept showing Lane Rivera in the charge section. My credit card was mistakenly charged $12.70 twice, totaling $25.40, when the box price is $5.99 plus tax, totaling $6.35. Feeling frustrated, I gave up. The following day, 12/7, I created a new account as Karen Rivera and successfully ordered the craving box for $6.35. Can you please assist me with this issue?

I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru located at [redacted] N Rockwell Ave in Oklahoma City, OK [redacted] on Friday, December 9. I waited for 23 minutes before finally being able to place my order. After the cars ahead of me left, the car in front of me went to the window, got their order, and left. When I pulled up, I was told they were closed even though it was only 12:10 and their hours were posted until 1:00. The staff member mentioned they were short-staffed and closed the window abruptly. Unfortunately, my disappointing experience continued when I returned on Saturday evening at 12:00, and once again found the location closed with several cars waiting in the drive-thru.

Every time I visit my local Taco Bell in Kentucky, they seem to be missing certain ingredients like meat. Tonight was no different, as I waited in line for over 30 minutes, ordered two five dollar boxes, but the cashier didn't confirm my drink choices or give me a total. Frustrated, I pulled up to the window, only to be told my order totaled almost $20 instead of the expected $10. When I mentioned I only ordered two five dollar boxes, the cashier insisted they didn't have that option. I left empty-handed after wasting my time. I am disappointed with the poor service and lack of menu items at this Taco Bell location, and I believe something should be done to address this ongoing issue.

I placed an order on the app for pickup in Fordyce, Arkansas around 11-12 a.m. I arrived at the location but found it closed. They instructed me to cancel the order on the app, but I realized I wasn't signed in and couldn't cancel. Despite this, the payment was taken from my account. I would appreciate a refund. Additionally, I suggest that orders should not be processed if the selected store is closed to avoid situations like this in the future.

I recently visited the Taco Bell on Dial Drive in Council Bluffs, Iowa with a large order. Despite Taco Bell being our favorite, the wait in line was over an hour long due to the return of the Mexican pizza. My order was completely incorrect, and after speaking to the manager, Sam, the issue was not resolved. The food was greasy, flat, and missing items like cinnamon twists. Despite the kind gesture of offering Doritos Locos, the overall experience was disappointing. This visit was one of several where the order was incorrect, and while I love Taco Bell and would choose it over most restaurants, the recent experiences have left me hesitant to return. My order included two Mexican pizza combo meals, soft shell taco Supremes instead of hard, four orders of cinnamon twists, bean burritos, a Doritos Locos box, and also should have included additional Doritos Locos. I had a disappointing experience at store number [redacted] in Meraux, LA. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 6 regular tacos, 2 bean burritos, and 2 hard taco supremes, emphasizing five times to include sour cream on the tacos. Upon checking the order, I noticed the tacos were missing the sour cream. I had to circle back around and wait in line again. When I finally got to the window, the worker added the sour cream without gloves, which was unsanitary. I was concerned as she handled my food after touching money and then gave me back the same taco she had touched. Additionally, she refused to provide me with the store number. It was not a pleasant or hygienic experience.

I purchased food on January 4, [redacted], around 9:15pm and upon arriving home, I discovered a dirty glove in my food bag. The glove appeared used, with food on it and partially inside out. This indicates that someone's unclean skin was in my food bag. I am requesting a full refund for my order, which exceeded $40. I possess the receipt and the glove as evidence. I am dissatisfied with the service received at Taco Bell, as the employees were disrespectful and unhelpful. I was directed to use the self-service kiosk as the employee was too busy to take my order. The store's hygiene was also poor, with a dysfunctional ice machine and dirty bathroom facilities. I expect a refund promptly; otherwise, I will seek legal action and share my experience on social media.

I canceled an order, but I have yet to receive a refund. My bank was charged five days ago, and the refund hasn't been processed yet. The bank is holding the funds until the refund goes through. I made the purchase based on the app showing the store was open, but it was closed for over an hour when I arrived. The situation left me with no money for my kids' dinner that night. I am in urgent need of both a call back from someone and the return of my money.

I am attempting to contact someone regarding my refund for an order. I spoke with Zoey over the phone once at the Taylorsville Rd store in the Stonybrook Shopping Center. She advised me to come to the store for the refund. Unfortunately, my car broke down, and it is currently in the shop for repairs, leaving me without transportation to go to the store. I would appreciate it if my refund could be issued back to the card I used for the purchase. Despite multiple attempts to contact both the store and customer service via phone and messages on your website, I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. I hope someone can assist me with this matter.

I placed an order through the Taco Bell app for delivery, but it never arrived. The driver sent me a blurry photo of a random house that wasn't mine. I went to the store to pay for it again, thinking I would be refunded, but my order was still incorrect. Even when I used a free chalupa voucher, I didn't receive my chalupa. Almost every time I order from Taco Bell, something is missing. I've submitted four tickets requesting a refund but haven't heard back from anyone.
