I purchased tickets for the Universal Soul Circus for the 7pm show on Saturday. The lady assisting me confirmed my selection for the 7pm show, but when I arrived at the venue, the tickets I received via email were for the 12:00 pm show. Despite my assurances during the purchase process, my tickets did not match the show time I intended. This error meant my family and I missed the show we were eagerly anticipating, causing distress for my 12-year-old daughter. I am seeking a refund or replacement tickets for the correct performance on Saturday the 10th at 7pm.

I have a Harry Styles concert ticket for August 30th, but unfortunately, I can't attend due to school and work commitments. I previously requested time off for my grandma's visit, so my job won't grant me more time off. I need help purchasing tickets for the Atlanta Braves vs. New York Yankees game on August 24th. I purchased tickets for the Atlanta Braves vs. Yankees game in Atlanta on August 23rd. Now, I am attempting to buy tickets for the same teams playing the next day. This was my first purchase using the Ticketmaster app, and I encountered trouble finding my tickets to scan at the event. When I approached the ticket window, the attendant couldn't locate the tickets on my app, leading me to purchase new tickets to avoid causing delays for others in line. Before making the second purchase, I attempted to check my bank statement through the bank app, but due to a lack of WiFi, I couldn't confirm the initial transaction. After returning home, I verified that the purchase went through but went unused, as I couldn't retrieve the tickets. Is there a way to request a refund for the unused tickets, or should I take this as a learning experience and accept the loss of $52?

I have been trying to reach your “contact us” line for months, but it keeps kicking me off and saying it's not available. The JoJo concert I purchased tickets for has been postponed since [redacted]. I requested a refund in [redacted] well before the required date, but never received a response. Despite multiple attempts this time due to getting kicked off your website, my recent refund request was denied. I strongly request a refund as the most recent rescheduled date does not work for us or our group. I initially bought these tickets for my daughter and cousins visiting from out of town for Christmas [redacted]. Unfortunately, not everyone can plan another trip back, leaving me with a significant financial burden. I have made several refund requests, including one recently within the required time frame, although your system kept kicking me out, with no option to call for assistance, even your chat was unresponsive. I have done everything I can to follow the necessary process, and it seems like your system is intentionally creating obstacles to make it challenging for people to claim refunds.

I bought tickets for SIX in New York on December 4th at 8:00. The tickets mention that my phone will be the ticket. The seats are ORCH, Row L, Seat 7, and ORCH, Row N, Seat [redacted]. I forgot the ticket cost and need to know the amount for 2 tickets. I tried calling Ticketmaster multiple times, but the automated message says they are too busy and then disconnects the call without any options to contact them. I am seeking two handicapped accessible tickets for the Widespread Panic show in Asheville on August 6th and 7th, [redacted]. Ticketmaster advised me to purchase two General Admission tickets with the promise they would arrange for handicapped access later, which I find discriminatory. My wife, a professor at Appalachian State, is battling cancer. My grandfather roomed with Thomas Wolfe at UNC-Chapel Hill. Our previous experience at your venue was accommodating, but I am currently dissatisfied. Matt Rogers and his father, the President of Live Nation, should be appalled by this discriminatory treatment. Matt attended Elon University with friends. My family, Cone Mills, manufactures denim for Levis, and Moses Cone, also known as Flat Top Manor in Blowing Rock NC, is part of our heritage. I still require two handicapped accessible tickets for Friday and Saturday evening. Ticketmaster sold these tickets to able-bodied individuals, which is unacceptable. How can Ticketmaster allow this to happen?

I purchased a ticket for a thousand dollars, but I have not received it yet. I asked for an email or physical ticket, but it seems you only offer digital tickets. Please honor that and send me my ticket. I have attempted to retrieve the link for my ticket multiple times since yesterday, but all I receive is a message saying it will be there shortly. I want my ticket or at least an update on when I can expect it. You took my money quickly, so sending the ticket should be straightforward. Please send me my ticket promptly. I am frustrated with the ticket retrieval process and the lack of customer service. If I receive my ticket eventually, this will likely be my final experience with Ticketmaster.

The ticket prices for a postponed Miami concert on Sunday, 8/1, significantly decreased. On Friday, 7/30, I attempted to exchange our old tickets for better ones closer to the stage. Following their instructions precisely, I purchased the new tickets and provided the new order number. Unfortunately, their system denied refunding the original tickets. Consequently, we now have extra tickets we cannot utilize and an excess parking pass. Despite trying to reach out via email on 7/31 due to Ticketmaster's unmanned phone system, we received another email declining our request.

My friend transferred tickets for the Stampeders vs Argonauts game on Sat, Aug 7 from [redacted] to [redacted] I attempted to accept and add the tickets to my Apple Wallet using my Ticketmaster account [redacted] However, I encountered issues. I downloaded the Ticketmaster app to try to resolve the problem. In the app, it shows that I don't possess any tickets. Online, I receive error messages asking me to retry later, or it states that I have no tickets. Although I transferred the tickets to my personal email [redacted], I still cannot view them on the app. I managed to see the tickets once via my online account, but subsequent attempts were unsuccessful. I am concerned about accessing the tickets at the stadium tomorrow. My goal is to have them available on my Apple Wallet.

My bank flagged a fraud case regarding the tickets I purchased. I received an email from fan support with an invalid email concerning the tickets, which has left me without access. After mentioning legal action, the customer service representative changed the account associated with my tickets. Despite numerous attempts via phone, fan support, and even creating a Twitter account for contact purposes, I have been unable to resolve this issue. I am now turning to this forum for assistance as a last resort. I urgently require a refund as I have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative to resolve this matter before the show, despite my efforts since Tuesday.

While looking for J Balvin tickets, I came across an image showing J Balvin, but after purchasing them, I realized they were actually for the iHeart Latin Music Festival. The misleading image led to this confusion, and now I am struggling to secure a refund as the event organizer is not accommodating this request. I bought 2 lawn tickets for the Aug 14 Portsmouth Pavilion show in Portsmouth, VA using my old account associated with the email [redacted] Cox has since closed that email account, and I can't retrieve my tickets. Ticketmaster prompted me to change my password, but I couldn't as it would send a code to the inaccessible email. Consequently, I created a new account and bought Guns N Roses tickets.
