I set up a transfer on May **th. It is the **st May and I have not received my money and I have no idea where my money is. There was a notification on the home page telling me that the transfer was paused while further investigation took place. The date has gone so I cannot say what date that was except that the timeline said I would get my money today **st May. I did find a page where I was asked whether I still wanted to send this money and I said ‘No’. I have seen no acknowledgement of that. I did see something that said the law may have been violated. If so - how? There is no indication on the homepage what is happening with my money - the original date for me receiving it has gone. I have no idea how to get real help and I am extremely frustrated. PLEASE, PLEASE will someone let me know when I will get my money?
