My name is Alexander B. I contacted your customer service line on August 29, [redacted], regarding a canceled flight (JL6409 on March 17, [redacted], from Honolulu to Sapporo, Itinerary# [redacted][redacted]). My partner, Rina F., and I were given flight credits of $[redacted].97 each by Japan Airlines. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to use this credit for a flight in September due to website errors on Travelocity. The customer service representative mentioned that Japan Airlines had reclaimed control of the original ticket, making the credit unusable. I was assured that Travelocity would resolve this with Japan Airlines and contacted within 72 hours, but I have not received any updates after 5 days. I am eager to utilize the credit for flights on September 17-19 and seek prompt resolution. I would appreciate an update on the credit status and clarification on compensation options if I am unable to book a flight using the credit.

Our Itinerary #[redacted][redacted] details our journey on 08/30/[redacted] with West Jet Airlines from Dublin to Toronto connecting to Boston, MA. The flight from Dublin was delayed by approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes. This caused us to arrive in Toronto around 1:47 pm, an hour later than planned. Despite being informed in Dublin that our bags were checked through to Boston, we were later instructed to claim and re-check them in Toronto. Due to these delays and baggage issues, we missed our connection to Boston. West Jet rebooked us on a flight to LaGuardia instead, which didn't suit our itinerary as we had a subsequent connection from Boston to Kansas City at 7:20 pm. Consequently, we opted for a next morning flight to Boston to rearrange our travel plans. West Jet agreed to reimburse our expenses in Canada but not for an overnight stay in the U.S. As we had trip insurance through Travelocity, we seek assistance in obtaining reimbursement for these unforeseen circumstances. Good afternoon, I was informed last night that my flight from Madrid to Munich (IB3190) was canceled without any explanation. The airline advised me to contact the travel agency where I made the booking for solutions. I spent three hours on the phone with 7 different Travelocity representatives, but they were unable to assist due to company policy. I have already rebooked another flight to Munich. My flight scheduled for October 14th got canceled. I had booked my trip through Travelocity for a route from BHB to EWR with a layover in BOS. The initial flight from BHB to BOS by CapeAir was canceled due to bad weather, leaving me stranded as no flights were operating that day. CapeAir offered to cancel the Travelocity booking and arrange a new flight from BOS to EWR with another airline later in the day, to which I agreed. However, when I reached out to Travelocity, they claimed no knowledge of this change and directed me to contact the airlines directly. Despite Travelocity being my booking agent, they are now unable to assist as I accepted the altered schedule from CapeAir. I had to endure a 5-hour drive from BHB to BOS to catch the alternate flight to EWR, leaving me no time to inform Travelocity about the revised arrangement. I urge for assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I'm facing an issue where Travelocity issued an airline credit with only a partial version of my last name. I reached out to them online three weeks ago and provided a copy of my government ID showing my full legal name. The ticket was purchased with my credit card, also in my full name. Unfortunately, I can't use the $[redacted].43 credit with my partial name as issued. Delta Airlines informed me that Travelocity needs to resolve this as they issued the credit incorrectly. I need Travelocity to correct my name on the flight credit for Delta so I can use it, as the current partial name won't match any form of ID required for travel.

I bought a round trip ticket to Turkey through Travelocity. When I needed to change my return date from 10/2/22 to 9/26/22 due to selling my house and moving out of state, I called on 9/1/22. After receiving an email confirming the change, I arrived at the Antalya airport only to find out that Travelocity had not processed the modification. The only available option was a business class ticket costing $4,[redacted], which I had to purchase to make it back in time for the movers.

On October 26, I used your booking platform to reserve a hotel in Louisville, KY, a process I've done numerous times. However, this time, the hotel required a $50 deposit, resulting in a total payment of $74.63 through Travelocity. To my surprise, booking directly would have only cost $59.75. While I understand the convenience fees, a $14.88 difference seems excessive. I always believed your site offered savings. I kindly request a refund of $14.88. Otherwise, I will include this cost disparity in my vacation stories, highlighting Travelocity's profit margins. Unfortunately, the hotels never matched their online images, which has been disappointing. We have relied on your services for years, but I now question the value. I eagerly await your response before discussing this with others. Restoring my trust with a refund and a detailed explanation of your services would be greatly appreciated.

I accidentally booked a hotel on Travelocity, but the dates were wrong. I initially selected 11/10 through 11/13, but it was confirmed for 11/24 through 11/27. Despite contacting both Travelocity and The Hilton Hotel multiple times, I was told they couldn't correct the dates. The Hilton mentioned being a third party, so they couldn't adjust it, insisting Travelocity should handle it. After speaking with various overseas customer support agents and a supervisor, the same response was given. The supervisor seemed unaware that Travelocity was responsible for making the changes, not the Hilton. I simply wanted to have the correct reservation I originally made and paid for. Despite my efforts to explain that I didn't want to cancel, just wanted the correct dates, it seems like they are unable to resolve the issue.

While on our first and possibly only vacation to Hawaii, the hotel where we stayed was not up to par. We decided to check out three days early and are seeking a refund for those days. Additionally, the rental car we had broke down and had to be towed last night, causing us a lot of distress. I am disappointed with the experiences we've faced and am hoping for refunds for these aspects of our trip. As a past Travelocity customer, I trust that addressing these issues will be handled smoothly.

I have been attempting for three days to book a roundtrip flight using my Travelocity credit. The agent who was assisting me called me twice, and the call disconnected both times. When I tried to call back the number she used, it was not in service. She has not returned my call, and I need to depart on Monday, December 12, [redacted]. I am unsure how to proceed in getting assistance. I have contacted four different phone numbers, all with automated responses but no human support. I am requesting either my flight to be booked today or a refund for the payment I made. I am distressed by this situation and do not see a solution in sight. Today is December 6, and I have been trying since December 4. The current level of service is unacceptable.

I began booking a flight from Tel Aviv to Philadelphia on March 23. The original itinerary included an appealing British Airways flight with an 18-hour layover in London (Flight [redacted]). I assumed I could exit the airport and continue the journey to Philly the next day. I didn't finalize this round trip as I now wish to add a flight from Philadelphia to Los Angeles on March 28, returning to Tel Aviv from LA on April 1. I prefer to keep the British Airways flight for the outbound leg but haven't been successful in replicating it. My attempts lead me to routes via Madrid. In summary, I aim to secure a booking via London for the first leg and then onward to LA.

I am having trouble locating itinerary number [redacted][redacted] for Michael and Mariellen S. I am trying to determine if the American Airlines flights are booked under basic economy or premier economy. We are contemplating extending our stay but need to know the fare rules. If it's basic economy, changes are not allowed; however, if it's premier economy, changes can be made without a fee. Thank you for your help in resolving this.

My Travelocity itinerary number is #[redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my package reservation due to Delta canceling my flight. Delta issued me airline credits for the flight, and Travelocity refunded the hotel costs to my credit card. The only outstanding issue is the car rental with Budget, part of the package. Can you please assist with this matter? Thank you.

I visited the American Airlines counter today. The flight from DFW to SPI that I booked via Travelocity is no longer available. I won't be able to reach DFW on March 8, [redacted], in time for my return flight from Lima, Peru to SPI. There were discrepancies between the itinerary sent by Travelocity and the information provided by American Airlines at the airport. Now, I am worried that my United Airlines trip scheduled through Travelocity may have similar inaccuracies. I would like to speak with a representative today to address these issues as my departure from SPI via ORD and IAH to Lima on January 4, [redacted], might also be incorrect.

I made a booking at Tropical Cottages in Marathon, FL through Travelocity for the dates of February 23rd to the 27th and paid for it in full. Later, when planning a cruise scheduled for February 13th to the 23rd (returning on the 24th), I realized the overlap and contacted Travelocity promptly to modify my cottage stay to February 24th to the 28th, maintaining the same duration and cost. After initial difficulties, Travelocity is yet to confirm the change despite several emails promising to follow up. While Tropical Cottages has confirmed availability for the new dates directly with me, they require Travelocity to make the official request for the date alteration. I am still awaiting a response from Travelocity to finalize the date change.

We were informed by the agent at Cancun Airport that our pick-up time at the hotel was 12:15 PM for our return to the US. However, the van arrived at 10:30 AM and left without us. After contacting the hotel concierge, they were unable to provide another van or send the first one back. We were advised to take a taxi, and we have a receipt with the taxi driver's signature and the taxi number for $50.00 US. We hold a return voucher stating the correct time. Despite trying to call the provided number on the morning of our departure, we couldn't reach anyone. We are seeking reimbursement for half of the original roundtrip fee and the $50 taxi cost to Cancun Airport.

I have an issue with my recent flight on Lufthansa from Miami to Pune. It was a series of delays and changes in my itinerary causing a significant inconvenience. My original route was cancelled, rerouted through Frankfurt to Bangalore, resulting in delays at each layover. Upon arrival in Bangalore, I missed my connecting flight to Pune, leaving me stranded until the next flight at 8:30 pm. Throughout this ordeal, Lufthansa did not provide any accommodation or support during the long layover. This was unprofessional considering the delays were caused by the airline. I am requesting compensation for the time and inconvenience I experienced, especially missing an important business meeting. I await a prompt response regarding this matter. Thank you.

We bought roundtrip tickets from Phoenix to Kansas City through American Airlines but had to cancel due to contracting Covid a week before the trip. Upon contacting Travelocity for a voucher or cancellation, they cancelled our tickets and we lost our money. We reached out to the virtual agent to address the issue, and a week before our scheduled departure, they indicated we qualified for a travel voucher. However, when contacting American Airlines, they refused to honor the request, stating it was Travelocity's responsibility. We would appreciate your assistance as loyal Travelocity customers who travel frequently. Our concern is losing the approximately $[redacted] we paid for the tickets. Hello, we made a reservation for two nights at the Parrot Inn in Hopkins, Belize at 7 p.m. yesterday. We were in urgent need of accommodation for two nights. However, after booking, I noticed that the check-in time was from 3 to 5 p.m. Unfortunately, we would not arrive until 8 p.m. When I tried to contact the hotel, I only reached the answering service. Consequently, I made a reservation at another hotel for the two nights, no longer requiring the Parrot Inn. When I spoke with the inn this morning, they mentioned I could have checked in through the restaurant staff. This option was not stated on the website.
