I made a booking with Holiday Lettings and unfortunately, I have encountered some issues with the accommodation. The booking reference is BR[redacted]0. Upon arrival, the room was not cleaned, and it still hasn't been cleaned. Additionally, there has been no heating since my arrival due to a damaged control valve, which was not fixed but removed on Thursday. As a result, the heating is constantly on full heat. I have been unable to resolve the problems with the owner, and I now need to cancel my booking from Saturday, November 13. I bought a trip to Montserrat but did not receive the experience I paid for. I purchased upgrades that were not honored by my guide. The free time promised in the description was not given due to the guide's disorganization, resulting in a wasted experience. I specifically selected an English tour and was displeased to have a bilingual guide who struggled with English. It was a disappointing experience overall. I am seeking a refund in order to book with a different company for my trip.

I was informed by the tour operator, Ghumega India, that they have not received any payment or communication from TripAdvisor, so they are unable to assist with my trip. They are requesting additional payment directly to their personal account to provide further help. I am hesitant to make more payments without receiving a refund from TripAdvisor. Currently, I am stuck at the airport with my wife on our honeymoon.

I do have a Resort tax ID and a BTR number, but I have never been asked for a Tourist License Number in the past. I am eager to have my listing reinstated online. I have concerns about the review vetting process. During my recent 14-day stay at the Best Western Plus in San Pedro, CA, the hotel did not meet the description provided on Trip Advisor. Reviews during my stay did not accurately reflect our experience, such as a review mentioning pool use when the pool was closed due to COVID. I believe Trip Advisor's credibility is questionable if inaccurate reviews are not policed. It would be helpful to include a disclaimer for transparency. Reviewers with only one review history should be monitored more closely. There is room for improvement in ensuring the accuracy of reviews on the platform.

We listed our property with you, and guests stayed with us from December 24 to 28. We are awaiting our payment, but we noticed on the dashboard that there is a delay without any explanation provided. There was some communication with the guest requesting a refund due to a temporary oven at the property. Prior to their arrival, we shared photos of the small oven, and they acknowledged it was satisfactory. During their 4-night stay, the guests used electricity and pool heat, which we did not charge for, and we also had to cover cleaning expenses post-departure. Could you please clarify the reason for the delayed payment release? Thank you.

We had a flight scheduled with Helicopters Aviation for December 30th, [redacted], at 10 am. Our provider had to cancel due to weather conditions. They instructed us to cancel on TripAdvisor, which we did. However, the refund amount displayed is showing as zero, which is inaccurate. We were assured we would receive a full refund since the cancellation was not on our end. The booking confirmation number is [redacted]. Kindly process the refund promptly.

Hello, I have been attempting to reach Viator for a refund, but they instructed me to contact TripAdvisor instead. On January 9th, Avianca Airlines denied my friend and me entry to the country because they had not received our PCR results within the required 36-hour window. Our PCR test expired the next morning at 8 am, so we were informed that we needed a new PCR test, to purchase a new flight, and to wait another 36 hours before boarding a new flight. Consequently, I informed Mike at Viator that we would not be able to make it to the Managua airport or enter Nicaragua, which means we cannot take the booked shuttle from the airport to Rivas. I am kindly requesting a full refund for this situation, as it was beyond our control. Travelling to Nicaragua appears quite challenging, so we are considering skipping the visit for now or until the pandemic subsides. I truly appreciate your assistance in obtaining a full refund. When browsing for hotels in Chatham, Cape Cod, I found it frustrating that TripAdvisor listed over [redacted] properties not actually in Chatham. It took me four pages to locate the Chatham hotels I was interested in. I then tried narrowing the search to Chatham "Hotels," but was overwhelmed with over [redacted] hotels from across New England. It was tedious to sift through so many unrelated options. I wish the Chatham properties were listed first to make the search more efficient for visitors. I believe this adjustment would significantly improve the user experience on TripAdvisor and benefit all users looking for accommodations. Thank you for considering my feedback.

On the 20th of June [redacted], two adults are looking to participate in a 1-day game drive safari at Moremi in Maun, Botswana, with the option to cancel for free up to one day before. Hello, I made a reservation for a tour at Lunugamwehera National Park in Sri Lanka for tomorrow morning, February 13, [redacted], under the name Lars Sundrum (Booking number on TripAdvisor: [redacted]). I tried to arrange the free pickup service from Hambantota as advertised in my booking. However, the organization informed me that pickup is not available from this city and asked for $64 for transportation from my accommodation in Tangalle to the national park. I ended up canceling the tour with the operator's approval, who advised me to contact TripAdvisor for a refund. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to address this issue on the website. Canceling the tour would forfeit any chance of a refund, which I am reluctant to do due to the misinformation provided on TripAdvisor about the pickup.
