I ordered a 4-pack of diabetic socks for my dad on Monday, September 3. Today is Friday, September 14, and the socks still haven't arrived. When I signed up for text updates on the package's tracking yesterday, it showed the package going to Pennsylvania and then bouncing around Illinois. On September 8, UPS transferred the package to USPS. I called Sears, where I purchased the socks online, and got the USPS tracking number. I've been tracking the package on the USPS website and set it up for updates on my phone. I hope my 91-year-old father will receive his socks soon. The whole process seems unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted][redacted].

Tracking Number: LY[redacted]30CN On August 25, I received an email from your company stating that my package had been processed at your facility. Then, I received another email informing me that the package delivery date was expected to be August 29, [redacted], by 8:00 PM. However, I am still waiting for my package to arrive. Despite my efforts of contacting your customer service, signing up for INFORMED DELIVERY, and following all necessary procedures for missing items, there has been no progress. I have been diligently tracking the package daily. When attempting to add the tracking number to the INFORMED DELIVERY app, I received an error message stating that my package's age had expired. This sudden change in status from being processed to expired has left me confused and frustrated. I am seeking a human response to my concerns and a resolution to this issue, as I have received no substantial updates since August 25. Your immediate attention and assistance in locating my package containing a pair of blue Converse shoes and a small purse would be greatly appreciated.

Tracking Number: LY[redacted]30CN On August 25th, I received an email from you confirming that my package was processed at your facility. Subsequently, I was informed that the expected delivery date is August 29th, [redacted], by 8:00 pm. Despite my efforts, including calling, signing up for Informed Delivery, and tracking the package daily, I have not received any further updates since August 25th. I encountered an issue when trying to add my tracking number to the Informed Delivery app, receiving a message that the "age of my package has expired," which has left me confused. I have diligently followed all the necessary steps to locate my package but have reached a standstill since August 25th. It's disappointing to not see any progress. I urge you to provide a genuine response and not a generic reply as I have been patient and cooperative throughout this ordeal. Please confirm if the package is still in your possession or if any unforeseen circumstances have occurred. I have also contacted the retailer, Berrylook, and they verified that the package was dispatched to your facility from China. I am frustrated and seeking a resolution promptly. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Tracking Number LY*********CN: I received an email from you on August ** indicating that my package was processed through your facility. Another email followed, specifying the delivery date as August ** at *:** pm. Despite having called, enrolled in Informed Delivery, signed up for email and text alerts, and completed all necessary forms, I am still waiting for my missing merchandise. I track my package daily. I am aware of the hurricane delays but purchased the items on August *, ****, waiting until the **th for any information. On *******, I was notified about my package. However, adding the tracking number to Informed Delivery results in an error message about the package's age expiring. This confuses me as my package was processed recently. I seek clarity on whether you possess my package and its delivery status. Any assistance beyond repetitive responses would be greatly appreciated, as the status remains unchanged since August **. I fear my package may have been lost or stolen. Please contact me at ***-***-**** for a human touch in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, I recently utilized the APC machine at the post office after hours to send out packages. I've noticed that the new machine is considerably slower in processing packages compared to the old one. This prompted me to visit the post office during their normal business hours with 10 packages. The clerk provided me with delivery confirmation labels to affix after using regular postage. However, I neglected to inquire about the process at the time. My query is, if I were to place the correct postage and a tracking label on a package after hours and deposit it in the package slot, would the tracking number be scanned the following morning? I'm seeking a more efficient way to send out packages with both tracking and proper postage, as the new machine's slower pace has significantly increased the time it takes to process each package. Thank you, S.

I am disappointed with my experience with the US Postal Service. My son's school portraits, which cost over $60, arrived bent in the mail even though the envelope was clearly marked "PICTURES-DO NOT BEND." The lack of care by the mail carrier is frustrating, and I doubt that reaching out to them will bring any resolution. In the future, I will avoid using USPS for important deliveries. I am requesting evidence that the carrier has been trained properly to prevent this from happening again. Ideally, I would like a refund for the damaged pictures as I will need to replace them using a different carrier to ensure they arrive undamaged.

On August 25, I received an email from San Francisco ISC USPS indicating that my package arrived from China and was processed at the facility. I also received another email saying the package would be delivered by August 29 at 8:00 PM. However, I am still waiting for it. The tracking information has not been updated since August 25. The tracking number is LY[redacted]30CN. I signed up for text/email notifications and Informed Delivery. I have filed claims, written to the Postal Inspector and Inspector General, and requested a missing mail search. I have contacted USPS by phone. I am concerned about the status of my package.

I recently received notification that a package was marked as delivered on 8/21/[redacted] at 12 noon. I was present at home that day and could confirm if the delivery was made. However, no one dropped off the package at my residence. After speaking with USPS and the manager of my local post office, I was informed that the package was indeed delivered on my street, but the exact location remains unknown. Despite my efforts, I have not received any further updates on the matter. I reached out to the seller, who declined to issue a refund based on USPS's delivery confirmation. This has now occurred twice within a short timeframe, causing financial inconvenience. Being on disability, I am consistently home and maintain a clear view of my porch through two windows and an open front door. On the supposed delivery day, neither I nor my neighbor, who is a postal carrier, received any regular mail. I am left without the package and experiencing a loss due to this error. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

I was in my living room when I saw the postal carrier leave a notice in my mailbox claiming no one was home. I quickly grabbed the slip and went to approach her, but she had already driven off. The carrier made no effort to verify my presence before leaving the note. This lack of consideration is disappointing, and I will seek out alternative international shipping options due to this poor service. It seems like there are many others with similar experiences. If the company can't address lazy behavior from its employees who won't even walk a short distance to deliver a package, serious changes are needed.

I shipped a package of clothing to a prison for an inmate who was supposed to be released yesterday. However, I later found out he is actually being released tomorrow. I contacted customer service, and a woman assured me that she would make sure the package continued its delivery to the correct prison. Unfortunately, the package is now in Stringtown, Oklahoma, and I need it to be redirected to the prison. I called the post office, but only one person is working there. I need to find a way to get the clothes to the prison by tomorrow since they only have one mail pick-up at 9 AM.

I paid for overnight shipping of a package from AR to CT, with a 3pm delivery guarantee and no signature required. However, the package was not delivered as instructed, and a notice was left stating a signature was required. Despite waiting at home for two additional days, the package did not arrive. Now, the recipient is driving to pick it up, rendering the overnight shipping pointless. It seems the USPS mishandled the delivery, and I am requesting a refund of $24. Tracking number: EE[redacted]54US. Scheduled Delivery Date: 09/18/[redacted]. Today's Date: 09/21/[redacted].

The USPS tracking information shows that the package has been marked as delivered, but unfortunately, I have not received it. Since the package was being sent internationally to Canada, I am wondering if the local Canadian delivery service, like Canada Post, is handling the final delivery. If that is the case, I need to know the specific delivery company to ensure they can find my address, especially if it is FedEx. I typically need to provide specific delivery instructions to FedEx for each of my packages. The tracking number for the shipment is HJ[redacted]94US. If the package is indeed with the local carrier, please let me know. If not, I would appreciate any assistance in locating the package. Thank you. - T. Simon

The USPS website lacks a user-friendly way to address concerns when packages go missing. There seems to be no email contact available, and attempts to reach out through the "Contact Us" section are unsuccessful. Phone calls often do not connect to a live agent, and the automated system struggles to comprehend spoken input. Despite the tracking information showing the package (Tracking Number LY[redacted]87CN) as "in transit" since August 19th after arriving in the US from China on August 16th, there has been no resolution. Even after raising inquiries with search #[redacted] and opening Case CA[redacted]75, there has been no valuable feedback. The package holds merchandise worth $[redacted].00. Seeking reimbursement from USPS, I am unsure which form to complete. I possess evidence of the package's arrival in the US, indicating USPS's misplacement.

I reside in Okeechobee, Florida, where our single local post office has been disappointing in their service. Recently, I had two items overnighted, and both arrived significantly late, causing inconvenience. On my latest visit for a refund, the process was further delayed due to a lack of managerial presence. The staff seemed nonchalant about the issue, and I was left waiting with no clear resolution. The level of customer service was unacceptable, leading me to reconsider ever using their overnight services again. The contrast with the efficient service of UPS and FedEx is stark. It's essential for USPS employees to undergo training similar to that of Chick Fil A to enhance their service quality and compete effectively in the industry.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the mail delivery service I've been receiving. The delivery person displayed a negative attitude and was unresponsive when I inquired about her name on September 20, [redacted]. She handed me a package at my address, [redacted] Hamilton Oaks Drive, Charlotte, NC [redacted], and while sorting through other mail, she ignored my questions about the delivery process, then left without addressing my concerns. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this carrier. When I tried calling the customer service line, there was no answer; the phone rang endlessly before disconnecting. When I visited the facility, there was only one staff member attending to a long line of customers. I hope to see improvements in the service provided.

I am in need of assistance to locate an important package that has not arrived, despite tracking showing it as delivered. The tracking number is ***********************. The package was supposedly delivered at *:** pm on September **, **** in RALEIGH, NC *****. However, it is not in my mailbox, and I live in a secured complex. I urgently require this package for work and paid extra for timely delivery. I am perplexed as to why the carrier marked it as delivered when it is not here. I am eager for the package to be located and delivered promptly. I have already informed the sender about the situation, but they are facing challenges as well.

I have not yet received my priority mail package from USCIS that USPS claims was delivered on Sep 7th. It has been 17 days since the supposed delivery, but I have not seen the package. I reached out to USPS two weeks ago to report the missing package, which contains crucial information. Despite emailing them, there has been no progress in resolving the issue. When I visited the USPS location, there were multiple people waiting for assistance, and even after 40 minutes, no one was being helped until a manager intervened. I spoke with the manager, explaining the gravity of the situation. I am aware of USCIS's new secure mail delivery service, but the urgency of this missing package cannot be overstated. I will need to re-request the document from USCIS and will require written confirmation from USPS to address the issue promptly. It is crucial for me to resolve this matter without facing any setbacks in the green card process. Thank you.

I had a disappointing encounter with the new mail carrier today at my residence located at 90 McGoldrick Way, Sparks, NV [redacted]. On September 25, [redacted], while I was outside winding up my hose and my handicapped sister was exiting the front door with her walker, the mail carrier arrived. Our two small terrier dogs, who were inside the house, started barking at the mail carrier. Despite the dogs being indoors, she stopped on our walkway and rudely commented that we should control our dogs. I calmly explained that our dogs bark but never pose a threat. She responded skeptically, insinuating that we might get sued if the dogs were to bite someone. I chose not to engage further and simply said, "whatever." Instead of letting it go, she continued arguing and mentioned not delivering mail to our house again. The dogs never left the house during the entire incident. This behavior was completely unprofessional and different from the pleasant experiences we've had with past mail carriers.

I sent a priority flat rate large box to my daughter for her birthday from Minneapolis. According to the tracking information, it was supposed to arrive by 8 pm Monday, but it didn't. The delivery was then rescheduled for Tuesday, but that also didn't happen. After a frustrating 45-minute wait on hold with USPS customer service, I was given conflicting information about the package's location in Rochester, NY. Despite promises from customer service, the package remained in Rochester since Sunday, and now it's delayed until tomorrow. This has been incredibly upsetting as my daughter is far away and won't receive her birthday gift on time.
