The Long Beach police investigated and found the post box empty. Toni Perez then miraculously found the missing item in the box, but the police mentioned it wasn't there initially. They warned Perez about the harassment and tampering with mail, stating it's illegal. Charges are being considered, but contacting the carrier's supervisor is the initial step. Despite attempts, the supervisor has been hard to reach. Assistance in understanding the process for pressing charges against Perez is needed, involving the USPS in Long Beach with zip code [redacted].

I ordered multiple items by mail, divided into three separate orders. The postal carrier confirmed delivery, but issues arose when one package went missing. After involving the police, it was revealed that the postal carrier allegedly handed the package to someone else. The police recognized a person named Toni Perez and investigated. The situation escalated when the police found the package missing from the box when they arrived. It became clear that mail theft was involved, which is a federal offense. Now, I'm trying to communicate with the postal carrier's supervisor without success to escalate the matter and possibly pursue federal charges against Toni Perez. The postal annex responsible for my area is the N.LB Annex in the [redacted] ZIP code. I hope the senior postmaster can assist and provide guidance on the necessary steps to address this situation.

Today, I visited the post office with a package that already had USPS shipping paid for. The clerk mentioned she couldn't add insurance to a pre-paid label, and after rescanning the package, it was marked as "returned to sender." I left with the package still in my possession. The label tracking number is #[redacted][redacted]60 and the label number is #024P[redacted] from eBay. I was informed by the clerk that I could void the label once back home. eBay assured me that a credit would be issued if the label wasn't scanned yet. I just want to confirm that I won't be charged for shipping that didn't occur and that USPS will not bill me for this label. I believe I should receive a credit since the shipping didn't go through, right?

I shipped a package through First on April 4th from Easthampton, MA, with tracking number 9[redacted] 1[redacted] [redacted] 82. The recipient contacted me on April 23rd as the online tracking showed no activity after April 13th. I visited the local post office, and despite the clerk saying the postmaster would start a search and call me, there was no update after three days. When I spoke to the postmaster, she had not initiated the search and was unhelpful, stating "it'll get there eventually" and showing no concern for my issue. I have visited the post office eight times with no progress or communication. I had to refund a customer due to the delay. I seek assistance from USPS to locate the package and preferably have it returned to me.

I sent legal documents to the Bahamas via registered mail on April 16, [redacted], and purchased a return receipt as proof of shipment. The recipient claims they never received the documents, and the return receipt was not received either. I initiated an international inquiry on the registered mail, which should be signed for at every exchange. I was informed today that the registered mail was received, but now I must prove the contents and the date of sending. The recipient mentioned that all documents should have been scanned by USPS on the day I sent them, and I should have received copies with dates. I am seeking clarification if this is standard procedure for USPS or if I have been given incorrect information. Can USPS assist me in verifying the contents of the registered mail beyond the receipt showing it was sent on April 16, [redacted]? I appreciate your assistance in this matter. International Inquiry Case Number: OL[redacted] Original Tracking Number: RF[redacted]27US

I am a resident at 16 West Cortland Avenue in Spokane, Washington, and I have not been receiving my mail lately. Despite using USPS online to track my mail, I have not received any in the last couple of days. I have even contacted the postmaster about this issue before, but no action was taken. Interestingly, I received mail from my neighbor at 12 West Cortland Avenue instead. This mix-up concerns me greatly, as I wonder where my mail is going. It appears that the mail delivery person may be confused about reading street addresses properly, as the online tracking shows that I have mail but I am not receiving it myself. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to address this matter promptly.

I would like to request for my package with USPS tracking number [redacted][redacted]29 to remain at the USPS Facility in San Juan, P.R, [redacted]. The package was originally intended for delivery to my girlfriend's former apartment at 5th Avenue Plaza Universitaria, APT #[redacted], San Juan, P.R 00[redacted], United States. Unfortunately, the apartment has been closed by the owners, and there is no one available to receive the package as we no longer reside there. I hope you can assist with this situation. I want to express my gratitude for the assistance provided by GetHuman, and I am willing to support your organization in its current and future initiatives. As an additional request, I would appreciate being connected with a representative from my country if possible. Thank you for your help! :)

I am disappointed with USPS service. I ordered an item from Amazon on May 22 with an expected delivery by the 24th. USPS claimed an attempted delivery while I was out, then it was rescheduled for the 29th, but didn't arrive. Amazon noted an unexpected delay on the 30th. After multiple reschedules, the deliveries on June 1st did not happen. The tracking numbers for the delayed packages are [redacted][redacted]31 and [redacted][redacted]83. Despite waiting all day for them, I received a message stating a delivery was attempted without any contact. These service failures have hindered my plans to ship items since last week.

I ordered an item from Amazon on 5/22/19 with a scheduled delivery for the 24th. Despite an attempted delivery notification, USPS did not show up on the 29th after rescheduling. Another delay was reported on the 30th. After rescheduling for 6/01/19 and waiting all day, USPS failed to deliver once again. Reordering on the 3rd promised a delivery by the 5th, but tracking showed a delay. Despite hopeful expectations, it indicated a delivery attempt the following day without ringing the doorbell. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]83.

Today, I was eagerly awaiting a package from Amazon. To my surprise, when I checked the tracking number at 3:53 p.m., it claimed a delivery attempt had been made. I find this puzzling as I was home all afternoon, and no USPS truck arrived. Living in a secure building, the driver would need to buzz my apartment for access. I did not hear any attempt to gain entry, raising doubts about the driver's honesty regarding the delivery. Can someone investigate this issue further for me?

Today, I was expecting a delivery but instead received a note in the mailbox from the carrier. The package was just a few feet away, and I wish they had left it at the door as I was home all day. I have been trying to track the package, but it's not showing up in the system. I have attempted to contact USPS, but waiting on hold was fruitless. Could someone please reach out to me regarding this issue? My email is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. It's frustrating that the delivery was mishandled when my door is so close to the mailbox. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you. - QM

I was expecting a package from Europe with a delivery date of June 11, [redacted], requiring a signature by 8 PM. Despite waiting the whole day, I received an email at 6:30 PM stating that the package wasn't delivered as I wasn't present to sign for it. No one alerted me by ringing the downstairs buzzer or calling. I've rescheduled for June 12th, [redacted]. I attached a note on my mailbox asking for a notification upon arrival for the expensive item. The delivery people left a notice in the mailbox instead. Tomorrow, I'll be at home all day again, and someone must inform me when they arrive for the signature. I included my number [redacted] on the postal notice along with my apt # [redacted]. I'm eagerly awaiting the package's delivery and the notification to sign. Your assistance is appreciated.

I had an issue with USPS falsely claiming I was not home and leaving a pink slip in my mailbox. Calling them at [redacted], I spoke with Regina, who was unhelpful and accused me of yelling. Explaining I was home all day with no attempt made to deliver my package, Regina showed poor customer service and interrupted me during the call. I waited over an hour on hold, and when she finally answered, she didn't apologize for the wait. She directed me to call my local carrier at [redacted], where I've had no luck reaching anyone despite multiple attempts. This experience has left me frustrated and considering filing a formal complaint regarding the fraudulent notice and the consistently late mail delivery in my area. The decline in delivery times, now as late as 5:00 PM, is unacceptable. I hope USPS addresses my concerns promptly, as I am willing to escalate this issue if necessary.

Regarding case reference CA [redacted]69, I believe my mail was fraudulently diverted to an address in Lake Worth, Florida by an unknown party. I am concerned if any steps have been taken to investigate this incident. The missing mail and packages have not been recovered. I would like to know what measures are being implemented to avoid this happening again in the future. I was a victim of identity theft due to this situation. To prevent such occurrences, could a unique pin or code be associated with my address, so any changes would require verification? I suggest requiring a pin or visiting a post office in person with proper ID to alter an address instead of enabling online changes. Unfortunately, technology is being misused by scammers, and stricter protocols are necessary. I appreciate any actions taken to protect me and others from similar incidents. Thank you, Sheila M Albano

I have not received the last three packages that were marked as delivered. I have contacted various post offices and have been given unhelpful phone numbers with no resolution. The packages were stated as delivered to my locked mailbox, not my doorstep or office. I have been unsuccessful in creating an online claim due to issues with insurance. If there's a reliable customer service number available that can connect me with a helpful human, please provide it. Tracking numbers for the undelivered packages: 1. [redacted][redacted]58 - shipped 6/3/19, supposedly delivered last Saturday. 2. [redacted][redacted][redacted] - shipped 6/6/19, transferred to local postal office for delivery, supposedly delivered yesterday at 5 pm. I also have a third missing package shipped from Arizona in May without a tracking number. I can provide the sender's details upon request.

I reside in Lake Charles, LA [redacted] and received a flyer in my mailbox the week of 6/12/[redacted] regarding mailbox guidelines and US Form [redacted]. The form was difficult to read due to light ink on the inspection items list (1-19). None of the 19 boxes were checked, and item 20 mentioned picking up mail at the P.O. after June 26 without specifying a year or post office address. I am concerned about the lack of details and signature on the flyer, which raises scam suspicions. Proper procedure dictates including a name, contact information, and correct form completion. If this was issued by the Lake Charles postmaster, his name should have been printed and signed. I urge the postmaster to clarify and validate the authenticity of this communication. Sincerely, Ed Kahn, [redacted] W. Prien Lake Rd, Lake Charles, LA [redacted].

Recently, I was informed by one of my creditors that the USPS altered my address without my consent, switching it from California to New York. Even though I have no ties to New York, Consumer Cellular stated the USPS updated them on this change on October 3, [redacted], leading to a package being sent to the incorrect address. I am seeking clarification on whether this information from Consumer Cellular is accurate and how the USPS was able to modify my address without my approval. I am also keen on understanding how to rectify this situation to prevent any future similar occurrences. When I contacted USPS at [redacted], I was advised of an excessively long wait time exceeding 1 hour, which I find unreasonable. I am uncertain how to proceed and would appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thank you.

Today, on 6/18/[redacted], the package with tracking number 5[redacted] 1[redacted] was supposed to be delivered to my home by the postman. However, the driver did not leave the vehicle and only left a notice in the mailbox. Despite the light rain, he did not ring the bell as expected. It is crucial for me to receive reliable service from USPS as I conduct online business. I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding this incident. Kindly request the driver to leave the vehicle and ring the bell when delivering tomorrow on 6/19/[redacted]. I am accustomed to better service from FedEx and hope for a prompt delivery without the need to involve the Postmaster. - Frederick G.

Tracking Number: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] 31 The package arrived in Coppell, Texas 17 days ago on June 7, [redacted], at 5:21 am, and departed the USPS Regional Destination Facility in Coppell TX Distribution Center. However, it has not been delivered in over two weeks. The local post office manager in Independence, MO [redacted] was supposed to check on this over a week ago, but there has been no response. I am concerned about the delay and the tracking system still showing it has not been delivered. As it enters the third week in transit, I find it frustrating. The package is currently in transit, arriving late, and has been in transit for two weeks already. I sent the letter certified mail on June 4, [redacted], and I am eager to receive it promptly. I would appreciate immediate answers regarding the delay.

I recently received a Priority Mail package containing a fake $6,[redacted].00 check. After contacting the bank and local authorities, I was advised to reach out to USPS since it is out of their jurisdiction. The check, a Cashier's Check, was meant for an AQHA registered brood mare purchase. The package was tracked and insured. Can someone assist in pursuing the person behind this fraud?
