I have submitted a change of address three times but my mail is not reaching my current address. It gets returned to the sender, causing many problems. Several packages have been sent back because my mail carrier assumed I didn't live at the new address. Some of the items are from foreign countries, so I can't trace the senders. This situation has been very troublesome, wasting my time and money. I feel frustrated as I followed all the procedures correctly. An example is a card sent to [redacted] Hickory Landing Place, Chester, VA [redacted], which was redirected to my old address and returned by the current tenant. I have complained three times without any resolution.

I have submitted a change of address three times and paid the fee for it, but my mail is still being forwarded to the old address. This has caused problems with sellers who are receiving returned packages and not refunding me or resending the items. My mail carrier believed I didn't live at the new address and returned packages, causing further issues. Even mail from my Godmother with the correct address got returned to sender due to a yellow sticker with the old address. I'm concerned that the new tenant at my old address might be keeping my packages. I need urgent assistance in tracking down my missing mail and packages. Despite multiple complaints, the problem persists. I'm unsure of the next steps and how to resolve this issue promptly.

Hello, my name is Nasrin Ourmazd. I currently have P.O. Box #[redacted] at the USPS office located at [redacted] N.W. 16 Blvd in Gainesville, FL. When I rented this box, I set up upcoming payments to be charged to the same credit card used for the initial payment. However, today I received an email notification stating that my rent payment (due on May 31, [redacted]) is overdue. I will be out of town (out of Florida) until June 20, [redacted]. I need to pay the $73 rental fee to prevent the box from closing. This P.O. Box is crucial for receiving my important documents weekly. Please assist me in resolving this issue. I recently discovered that someone submitted a forwarding address without my consent at the Hetkimer NY [redacted] post office. I found out about this today, and it appears that my mail has been redirected to Ithaca NY since March. The postal service informed me that the forwarding address request was made in February, but they were unable to provide me with the new address. Despite canceling the forwarding address, I am frustrated that the new address was not disclosed to me. I learned too late that I could have requested the address in a return letter. This situation has caused me to miss important appointments, lose my car title, miss events, and face potential identity theft issues. I feel that this matter warrants investigation, as I suspect there may have been an internal problem at the post office.

I recently made a purchase from QVC and received a tracking number for my package. According to the tracking information, the package was scanned and shipped last week to Springdale. Despite multiple attempts at redelivery, when I contacted the Springdale post office with the correct tracking number, they are unable to locate my item. It seems like my package might have been stolen since there is no record of it at the post office even though it reached Springdale. I am feeling frustrated because I paid for this item and have been waiting for it eagerly. I kindly ask for assistance in locating my order and ensuring its delivery. Dear Concerned Party, I placed an order for a college package on 6/1 via Amazon expecting delivery on Sunday, 6/6. The package, while in Melbourne, FL, displayed “out for delivery” on 6/6 but soon after showed "arrived at USPS facility" without being delivered. Despite having someone home to sign, the package did not arrive. The delivery was rescheduled for 6/9 by 9 pm. To address the confusion, I visited the post office. According to a staff member, the package was mis-shipped from the sorting facility due to a labeling issue, redirected back to Orlando, FL. I seek assistance in investigating and possibly intercepting the package to prevent further mis-shipments. Alternatively, I’d appreciate holding the package at a nearby post office for my prompt pick-up. I awaited the package to depart for summer classes on 6/7, yet remain at home pending its arrival. Tracking number CH[redacted]78AU indicates that the package was delivered to me on May 24th. However, I did not receive it, and my neighbors did not either. I doubt it was stolen. This international shipment includes lotions and cosmetic products. Could you investigate if there was an error by the carrier? Perhaps it was scanned as delivered, but still en route. Hello, I posted a "Priority Mail International" package to Trinidad and Tobago from San Juan, Puerto Rico on May 25, [redacted]. The package consists of clothes, paper folders, cutlery items, wallets, rubber bands for a girl, etc. The Parcel Tracking Number is EH[redacted]96US. Unfortunately, I have not seen any tracking updates since June 02, [redacted], indicating it is in Trinidad. After contacting a customer service agent and providing all the necessary details, I was given the case number DE[redacted] for the delivery inquiry. I kindly request information on the parcel's location in Trinidad and an estimate of when it will be delivered to the recipient's address. Given the essential items for my child, especially needed during the current Covid-19 situation, I ask for expedited delivery. My connecting flight scheduled for June 7th was canceled by the airline on the same day, leading to additional expenses to rearrange my journey home. I am seeking a refund for the two tickets and the charge for selecting specific seats on that flight. The itinerary included flights from Albuquerque to DFW and then DFW to Austin, accommodating two passengers. Furthermore, I encountered a flight delay in September [redacted] that jeopardized our connecting flight back home after paying for specific seats on both flights. Despite assistance in finding an alternative flight, the seats I had paid for were not provided, and I have yet to receive a reimbursement. The flight route was from Reno, NV to Austin, TX, with an original stop in DFW, later changed to Phoenix, AZ, for two passengers.

In [redacted], my mother sent a postal money order to a relative, which got lost in transit. She was issued a replacement postal check for the lost amount. Unfortunately, the check expired as she couldn't visit the bank during the Covid-19 restrictions. At 85 years old, she cannot afford to lose $[redacted]. I am extremely frustrated with the recent handling of my package delivery. The package for my granddaughter's high school graduation is delayed and has been misrouted multiple times. Rather than a direct route to Arbuckle, CA, it has been to various cities in California, leading to a significant delay. I would like to understand why it was sent to Southern California instead of straight to Sacramento, CA, causing this unnecessary delay. This situation has left me utterly disappointed with the Post Office's service, and my granddaughter, unfortunately, is still waiting for her gift as of June 11th. I urge for a proper investigation into the misrouting and request accountability to ensure this kind of error is not repeated.

I recently attempted to update my address due to my frequent traveling as a nurse. However, upon doing so, I received a notice stating that my mail was considered a business account, which is not the case. I sent license plates to Sacramento, California on May 21, but they have not arrived yet. I am unable to reach a live person. Around 10 days ago, I spoke to a helpful person who mentioned that my package was stuck at the post office and opened a request for it to be delivered. Unfortunately, I didn't get their contact information. The automated system keeps saying the package is in transit since June 3rd. I'm extremely frustrated by the inability to speak with someone. Please assist me with this issue.

I am Frederick Lockhart residing at [redacted] Cherry St., Denver, CO 80[redacted]. My cell phone is [redacted]. I have lived in my red brick house on the SE corner of Cherry St. and 19th St. since [redacted]. The house, built in [redacted], has a large covered front porch connected to Cherry Street by a concrete walkway with 2 sets of stairs. The last set of stairs reaches my front porch and door without any obstructions. My walkway is well-lit with automated outdoor lights that turn on at dusk. Despite no obstacles, my USPS package with tracking # [redacted][redacted]82 from Amazon was not delivered yesterday. The carrier claimed access to my front door was blocked, which is untrue as no barriers exist. This is perplexing as other deliveries have been made successfully.

The packages are consistently left in the unattended lobby by the postal carrier, leading to multiple losses, including a $[redacted].30 package. Despite complaints and reaching out to Ms. Tirado, there has been no resolution. As a 68-year-old retiree raising a grandchild alone, this negligence is unacceptable and makes me vulnerable to theft. The postal service needs to take responsibility and deliver packages correctly, like UPS or FedEx, instead of leaving them in common areas.

We have not been receiving the coupon packets from Proctor and Gamble, Save, Smart Source, and Red Plum. We should get these weekly at both our home address and post office box, but they have not been arriving. I inquired at the post office, and I was told they haven't included them in the boxes for the past 6 years. Despite assurances, I have yet to receive any. Previously, at my old address, we received them regularly. It's frustrating not to receive them anymore. My mailman said they would bring some, but none have arrived. I would like to receive 3 or 4 of each if possible. Can someone help resolve this issue?

My name is Klaus Witschas, and I reside in the Dominican Republic. I primarily shop on Aliexpress with a Miami address, as they forward the items to me. The specific delivery in question are 2 pool lamps with the tracking number LB[redacted]36SG. The package was marked as delivered on June 3 at 11:55 am to ZIP code [redacted], but I did not receive it. The USPS website indicates it was delivered to the correct address in ZIP [redacted], but the package is missing. After investigating, I found evidence of delivery at a post office in ZIP [redacted]/[redacted] Milam Annex. I attempted to call, but received no response, hence this email. I'm attempting to update my address from one assisted living facility to another. I encountered an error on the USPS website stating that my change-of-address request cannot be processed. The reason provided was that the old address is classified as non-residential or a business, making it ineligible for individual or family move type forwarding. I was advised to contact the business or organization that receives mail addressed to me individually at that address. If you have experienced a similar issue, please share how you resolved it.

Hello, I have several packages waiting to be delivered, and due to being disabled, a vast majority of my shopping is done online. I have been tracking my packages, and some have shown they arrived at the Cleveland TENNESSEE post office on Keith Street but are still pending acceptance. These packages have been sitting there for over ten days without being delivered to me. Meanwhile, other packages sent to the same post office after the ones in question have already been delivered. I am concerned about why these particular packages have not been sent out for delivery yet. Additionally, one of my packages recently made its way to the Cleveland TENNESSEE post office, but instead of being delivered to me, the tracking now shows it has been rerouted to Alabama. This package contains expensive jewelry pieces I've been eagerly anticipating. I have attempted to contact the live agent but the line is always busy, and the call back option did not provide the necessary code. I am unsure what will happen to my packages. Please assist me.
