I'm currently traveling for the summer and need to ensure the office receives my ID. The DMV supervisors have approved this mailing address: [redacted] Winners Drive, Gaithersburg, MD, [redacted]. My license was first sent on July 23, [redacted], but was returned by the post office. It was then sent out again on August 11, [redacted]. I want to avoid any further issues and ensure that the post office delivers my ID correctly this time. The office staff is ready to receive the letter securely until I am back in town. I am experiencing significant issues with the carriers' inaccurate information regarding package delivery access. The automated phone system has been incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. Regrettably, the level of "service" from USPS leaves much to be desired. I received a package that initially came through UPS but was later handed over to the post office. The UPS website indicated the package reached the Berwick, PA post office on 8-23-21 at 4:11 pm and was awaiting acceptance. When I checked the tracking number on the USPS site, I discovered that the post office didn't accept it and instead sent it to the Lehigh Valley distribution center. Subsequently, the package was redirected to Washington DC, which is the incorrect route as I reside in Berwick, PA where UPS delivered it. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted][redacted]. I am seeking clarification on why my package was rerouted to Washington DC when it should have been accepted by the Berwick, PA post office.

In March [redacted], the key to my mailbox at my apartment complex in New Bedford, MA, broke. When I contacted my landlord, he informed me that the post office, as it was a USPS key, needed to handle the issue. Upon visiting the post office and explaining the situation, I was asked for my address and phone number, and assured that I would be contacted once the key was fixed. After several weeks had passed with no update, I revisited the post office, only to be met with impatience and a mention of potentially months-long wait times for the repair. Subsequent visits to the post office have led to conflicting information and no resolution. It is now August 31, [redacted], and despite my efforts, I am unable to receive my mail due to work hours conflicting with the post office's hours. I have exhausted all options, including trying to have someone else pick up my mail. This ongoing situation is incredibly frustrating, and I urgently need a solution as I have already put a hold on my mail.

I'm frustrated with my mail carrier's behavior. Yesterday, they carelessly dropped a delicate envelope, measuring 11"H by 9"W, containing a small item, onto the ground near my mailbox rather than placing it inside. The envelope was folded three times unnecessarily. In previous instances, other carriers have successfully put similar-sized envelopes in my mailbox. Moreover, I discovered two pieces of my neighbor's mail in my mailbox on Wednesday and another one yesterday. It seems like someone else might be receiving my mail. This situation is concerning, especially with reports of mail theft in my neighborhood.

I purchased dog food from Amazon.com for delivery by USPS. The expected arrival was August 26th, but I received a note on the door stating it was "too heavy" to deliver. Another notification on August 31st claimed redelivery was attempted; however, we were home and received no notification either day. Since it was urgent, we had to buy dog food elsewhere. Customer service directed me to schedule a redelivery, but later said it couldn't be done as the package wasn't available at the facility. We would appreciate a refund for this inconvenience.

I am inquiring about a claim with tracking number 9[redacted] 2[redacted] [redacted] 47. I filed a claim online for damaged contents valued at $[redacted] sent on 4/21/21. The recipient went to their local post office for inspection, took pictures, and I updated the claim with those images. Despite providing the final value, the claim was initially denied for lacking this information. Upon appeal and providing the final value, the claim was denied a second time, falsely stating the contents weren't inspected at the post office, which is inaccurate as verified by the inspection pictures submitted. These pictures are visible when checking the claim status on the USPS website. Attempts to contact the post office supervisor have been unsuccessful as the voicemail box is full. I possess supporting pictures and PDF documentation for my case. I believe my claim is valid and seek a resolution promptly. Thank you.

My delivery was scheduled for September 7th, but I received a notification saying it was "Available for pickup" at a USPS office an hour away. I never requested to pick it up. When I called earlier to schedule delivery for September 9th, I was assured it would be delivered to my home. Now, the tracking shows it's being sent back to the sender. I want the package delivered to my home, not sent back to the sender.

I was expecting a certified letter scheduled for delivery on 9/7/[redacted], but it was not attempted. On 9/8, while at my kitchen table, I received an alert stating that no one was available to sign for the letter. I rushed to the door and found the carrier at my mailbox. I asked him why he didn't attempt delivery, and he jokingly said I must have been hiding well. I explained that he didn't knock or ring the bell, but all he said was "sorry." These are legal documents, and I find this behavior very inappropriate and unprofessional.

I have been living at my address for 11 years. While I receive my regular mail in the mailbox, all my packages never make it to my house. I always receive a notice claiming an attempted delivery was made, but in reality, no one ever comes to my door. This false claim hinders my ability to receive packages, making it challenging to order online. Despite contacting the post office, the responses I received were unhelpful. I suspect the employees might be lazy to come to the house as it has been an ongoing issue for 11 years. Even with the current COVID situation, this problem persists. I just want my packages to be delivered to my door as intended. I am determined to address this issue as it is causing inconvenience, especially now that my car is not operational, and I have spent over $[redacted] on a package that I cannot retrieve. One journal mentioned that the postal service deemed the mail undeliverable but subsequently sent a replacement that I did receive. A package addressed to someone else was mistakenly delivered to my building and left in the lobby. No one has taken action to resolve this issue. I have been attempting to have the USPS carrier pick it up for redelivery since the correct address is only about 0.6 miles away. I have not been able to contact the intended recipient yet. I have also been on hold with the USPS representative for almost 30 minutes and have not made progress. Additionally, I tried reaching out to the sender through their website, but they only provide an email, not a phone number. The items in the package are unique vintage pieces and not inexpensive, so it is crucial that the package is rerouted to the correct address to avoid any loss for the recipient.

Tracking No. [redacted][redacted]51 I am currently awaiting a prescription delivery at Walgreens pharmacy in Guaynabo. The package has been bouncing between Cataño-Guaynabo and Guaynabo-Cataño since its arrival in San Juan on September 11, [redacted], coming from Coppell, TX. It is frustrating to see the package not reaching its destination at Walgreens Pharmacy, San Patricio Plaza. I am feeling disappointed with the service provided by USPS, and if given the option by the pharmacy, I would prefer delivery by Fedex or UPS even if there is an additional cost involved. I recently had an issue with the delivery of a package, tracking number [redacted][redacted]57. The carrier supposedly couldn't make the delivery, which surprised me as other carriers have successfully delivered packages to me in the past without any problems. My porch is easily accessible, with a sidewalk leading up to it, and other carriers have even left packages in my garage or mailbox without any issues. This package contains vital medicine that I urgently need. I am confused as to why the carrier couldn't access my property, especially when there are no fences around it. I hope to receive an explanation and have the package delivered promptly.
