Find out what policy this was and if I’d been paying for ** yrs for my deceased husband or who it belonged to and why i couldn’t stop it from coming out of my bank account!!! ... I need to know what my Premium United Health Care is. The last * * on account is **** and is under name of Ann Sabatine… my address and phone * has changed several times so I don’t know which one I signed up under.. It is set up to pay automatically out of my Truist (BB&T) account but I’m closing that acct and need to pay out of Chase Bank.
