We bought an M-Series **” from Sams * weeks ago. Within a day I was getting a no signal from HDMI-*. I thought it was the HDMI cable so I switched to HDMI-* which already had a different cable connected so I didn’t have to move the tv. Yesterday I used the smartcast for the first time to watch YouTubeTV. Today HDMI-* lost input * times and none of the apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YoutubeTV) will open. I can select shows off free shows to watch but the app tiles won’t respond. I didn’t get the added protection from Sams because I’ve have Vizio tv’s for years and have never had any issues. This Tv is * weeks old and I know Vizio offers a ** manufacturer so I want to see what I’d need to do to get this resolved “preferably exchanged.” We love ** hrs from the nearest Sams Club so it may take a couple weeks before I can get back to exchange it. **Serial * is: LTCWZYLX********Model * is: M**Q*-H***Thank you,*Jon McCollum
