Just Purchased new **" M Series Vizio QLED TV Model *M**Q*-J** - Serial * LFTVE*PY*******. **) I have a hard drive loaded with movies plugged into the USB Port and TV does not recognize it.**) I have a Sonos ARC soundbar and Xfinity TV Service. My Xfinity remotes are XR-** and I have paired them with the TV but a lot of stuff doesn't work properly. I cannot control the volume of the Sonos Soundbar even though the TV recognizes the ARC is connected.. The TV doesn't recognized there is a Bluray player connected to HDMI port. I have been fooling with this for a week and I'm about ready to have them pick it up and exchange for a different brand. Otherwise, the picture quality on the TV is excellent. Please help. ***-***-****
