We reserved a house on VRBO. When we arrived, found that we couldn't get in, and couldn't immediately reach a property manager. After about an hour, our calls were finally returned, and we were able to get in. The place looked good, and we settled in. An hour or so later, we discovered that there was no running water. We attempted repeatedly to contact the managers, but they never returned our call. We packed up, found a nearby motel, and demanded a refund.**The next day, the manager responded, and said they would refund their fee and support our claim with VRBO. They did refund their $***.** fee, but not the $***.** balance. **I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with VRBO, but have only found a "chat" robot that says it will contact a human, then goes silent.**How do I notify VRBO that I want a refund.
