I set up a Venmo account with you guys and and didn’t need to provide ID to establish this account. I had money deposited into my account and later sent money out of my account without needing to verify who I am. As soon as I tried to transfer the money into my bank account it says my account is frozen and I need a valid ID. I emailed the only Valid ID that I have plus an expired ID, my social security etc…I do not have money to buy a State ID because you guys froze my money on my account and will not let me access it. Is there any other way we can prove who I am without an ID so I can revive my money. It doesn’t make sense that you say you are trying to protect me from fraud when I can just email a picture of my ID and you’ll verify it with that…Valid ID or not this doesn’t protect me. I’ve been trying to give you proof of who I am but nothing works because I can’t access my money to buy an ID. There are multiple forms of ID I can send you to prove who I am like a social security card, birth certificate or a picture of me holding my expired license with my social? I’m tired of not having a way to access my money on my account. Please fix.
