I tried to transfer money from my venmo account to my bank account and then tried to send a venmo. Error message only said account locked. I thought I had a ticket open since I emailed last night after trying to figure out why my account is locked. Please assist asap. I lookeda bank account it is linked to and cant see anything that would flag my account. I do have two mobile phone numbers but I've had my additional line over a year and no issues. I I did add a line since I purchased a new ipad pro recently but Ive attempted log ins from all * devices with no success and first attempt was with my regular mobile device I use regularly with my venmo account. Please assist asap as I have items listed for sale and being picked up and can't receive payments. ALso, I have * teenagers and need to send regularly and transfer venmo funds to my bank account. Thank you.
