this morning my phone lost service and now says update the iPhone to access cellular data. it will not let me update my phone however even when I am connected to wifi. I have restarted my phone several times, plugged it into a laptop and tried also but it just tells me I have the most up to date version already downloaded. so I cannot use my cellphone at all no text calls or internet. please help me!
