Past due issue from Oct payment. When i purchased new SE phone , was sent Email from Verizon stating what payments would be !!!! Oct - $***.**, after that monthly payment would be $***.** . I rec'd bill in Oct for $***.**???? I made payment of $***.** just like i was told in Email* now have past due bal of $**.** , was the the Email sent just to have me agree to it THEN RAISE PAYMENT ??? I would have never agreed to that . the person i spoke to during purchase was Janell . *Thank you ,*George Maddalina
