I need to talk with a serrvice rep about our wireless bill. We previously tried verizon wireless for our office which proved to be totally unsatisfactory. We cancelled our service on wireless numbers ***-***-****, ***-***-****, ***-***-****, and ***-***-****. A manager from Verizon Wireless cancelled our bill due to unacceptable service, and said he cancelled our account which we switched back to Comcast, and ported our phone numbers back to them. *I've received a late notice from Verizon Wireless for $***.**, which I paid back on *******, and have a record in my bank statement, yet Verizon is saying it is due. I need a manager to help straighten this mess out. The only Verizon cell numbers that should be billed are ***-***-**** and ***-***-****.*Thanks for your help and I look forward to talking with you!*Alan Furman
