About * months ago , Verizon came to my apt. & Insisted I try your service. I explained that I already had cable & was happy with my current service. After returning to my apt. * times I said I would try it. The deal was for * month FREE , that's it ! When the Tech showed up , I explained I did not have WIFI for * more days. (computer in the shop). He said someone would return & hook it up & show me how to use it. NO ONE returned . I received a $*** bill from you though. I will not be paying this bill. I sent your company a letter explaining all this over a month ago. Please return & pick up your equipment.
