To speak to a representative. Preferably one that can make executive decision. I’ve been trying to contact someone to activate a phone with your service, because the way the automated system is set up a new account can’t be created because you can’t give it a phone number you don’t have yet because you don’t have service. Thus the only reason for calling to start with… I need new service which * a NEW PHONE NUMBER but I can’t get new service because I don’t have a phone number to give it to get it… when I call from a different phone it tries to activate that phone and when it can’t it hangs up and you have to start all over again… this has been going on for * hours now.
