I had called tech support last week and they synced my MiFi with my devices connected. Then I was experiencing the same issue. I called today and the representative did some troubleshooting from her end and she told me she was sending me a *G SIM card, Bc I’ve got a *G SIM card in my jet pack…and I shouldn’t have any other problems.
Please help with my Verizon issue
