There is a current default on my vodafone account, which I cancelled in February and started a contract with EE the same month. I paid an extra month with Vodafone to confirm that everything had been paid off. Now, looking at my credit report, it states that I have missed * months worth of payments, stemming from April-June when that account wasn't active and I was using EE. A letter came through stating I owed ** pound (which didn't even equate to * months worth of my tariff), and because it looked official, I paid the amount without querying what it is for. It is now affecting my credit score
GetHuman-crocks did not yet indicate what Vodafone (UK) should do to make this right.
