I made a call on the at aprox *pm on **th August **** to try to pay a carpark charge. My Vodafone bill only goes to **th August. I need to prove I made that call as I've been sent a £*** fine for taking too long to pay for parking. I did not manage to pay over the phone as the signal in the area is weak. The call was connected. Unfortunately I cleared my call logs out of my phone. *My phone number is ***********.*I also tried to pay on line but that failed too.*I need to get my evidence to the arbitrator before **th September. If you could send me evidence that a call was made then I would be grateful. I took a photograph of the board which had the phone number on it but it's too blurred to read. It was the only call I made at that time.*I would be grateful for your help. It took me ** minutes to pay the parking charge when someone gave me change. I had to pay in ** minutes!!*Thank you*Mrs Deborah Carpenter
