I placed an online order from Walmart marketplace. Seller has ignored multiple requests for communication. When I speak with Walmart all they offer is to have seller contacted. Seller has taken order and money but there has been no delivery. Tracking info. does not make sense. It has said multiple things-on way, delivery day and time, pick up at post office and delivered in mailbox(it is furniture, so really?) Basically it seems Walmart is allowing a customer to be ripped-off. They are not doing a thing.
