I reported the thief to Vicksburg Police Department. My sister is filing an elderly abuse report on the Mississippi Gov website concerning the abuse. Samantha, the delivery woman, stole my groceries. I have addressed this with the thief on Facebook and YouTube, as well as contacted the delivery company. Vicksburg does not tolerate this behavior, and I have taken steps to ensure my safety. I have informed DoorDash, and if the refund is not in my account by Friday, I will escalate the matter. I will no longer use their services as there are safer shopping options available. My son is moving back to ensure my safety, as country folks prioritize staying safe and prepared.

I have been ordering deliveries from Walmart #[redacted] for a while now. Today, I called to inquire about my order being rescheduled or canceled without my consent for the third week in a row. When I reached out to the store on 08/23/[redacted] and requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that no manager was on duty. I find it unacceptable for a store to operate without managers. Despite contacting Walmart customer care and receiving a standard response of "there is nothing we can do," I am frustrated. Additionally, I am puzzled as to why my neighbors can order multiple times a day or week while I am limited to once a week, only to have my order canceled. I believe the employee I spoke with was dishonest and may have discriminated against me based on race, as she canceled my order in retaliation for my intent to contact corporate. I have consulted with my attorney and we are taking action on this matter. I have also removed the card you have on file and notified my bank about the unauthorized charges.

I purchased two peaches at Walmart in Battle Creek, MI, but had issues at the self-checkout. An associate helped me, and I later noticed I was charged incorrectly. When I called customer service to address the overcharge, the representative was unhelpful and rude, refusing to provide her name. This poor customer service experience has left me frustrated. I expect better treatment as a loyal customer. I hope Walmart addresses this issue promptly. Thank you.

I bought a garden bench on 6/21/22 with Order #[redacted]-[redacted], but it rusted within a week. I have contacted Customer Service on 8/3, 8/10, 8/16, 8/24, and 8/27 to request a return and credit. FedEx came to pick it up today, but they wouldn't take it because it wasn't boxed. Even though I explained to Walmart that I couldn't physically box it up, they assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, FedEx refused to take the bench. Please arrange for a return and credit as I can't use the rusted item and would like to dispose of it. When contacting me, please make sure the person understands the issue and can provide a solution. Additionally, it would be helpful if they speak English clearly as I struggle with some accents.

I am concerned about falling victim to a scam that seems to be associated with Walmart. I have reduced my shopping there due to these fraudulent activities. Recently, I was asked to pay $1.99 for postage, but my account was charged $99, leading my bank to flag it as fraud. I am now unable to access my credit or bank cards until I can visit the bank. As a visually impaired individual, I rely on someone to drive me, and it's a holiday weekend, making things more challenging. I have some numbers of the fraudsters in my phone, associated with the Walmart name, and I am unsure why this keeps happening to me. I am looking for advice on how to address this issue promptly.

On October 2, [redacted], I visited my local grocery store in New York to purchase food for my family using my SNAP/Food Stamps/EBT card. To my surprise, my benefits had been used fraudulently at three different Walmart stores in California earlier on the same day. A total of $[redacted].37 was withdrawn: $27.94 at Walmart in La Habra, $[redacted].00 at Walmart in Santa Fe, and $[redacted].43 at Walmart in Anaheim. Despite my card having a signature and a pin for identification, Walmart employees did not verify them. When attempting to contact Walmart corporate offices, I faced disconnections. According to a food stamps representative, similar incidents are occurring in California and Texas, but unfortunately, New York State does not offer reimbursement to victims. I am seeking reimbursement from Walmart for the full amount of $[redacted].37.

It is disappointing to see how some individuals are taking advantage of the limited availability of the My Life 18-inch poseable Grinch Dolls by reselling them at much higher prices on eBay. This puts pressure on those genuinely wanting to purchase them for their children or grandchildren. I recently made the effort to drive to Leesburg, Florida, anticipating to buy one of these dolls for my granddaughter, only to find a situation where all four dolls in stock were grabbed by one person. It's disheartening to witness such behavior, and I believe that retailers like Walmart should consider implementing purchase limits or increasing the number of items available to prevent this unfair situation from continuing.

Order Number [redacted]: I recently received an email from Walmart stating that my items were dropped off at my front door on Sunday, October 30th at 12:22 PM. However, this information is inaccurate as the local store's contract drivers are required to take photographs of the delivered items at the front door, which was not done in this case. This misinformation has caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. The order I placed for plastic items from Sterilite and Rubbermaid seems to be delivered improperly, and it will now take me considerable time to identify which items were actually received. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that delivery errors have occurred at my local store in Bullhead City, Arizona. I am now faced with the challenge of seeking a refund when I am unable to accurately determine what parts of my order were delivered. This inconsistency in service is disappointing and inconvenient.

I had a frustrating experience at my local Walmart where an employee named Chassidy was unprofessional and refused to help me when I was trying to send money for my baby's essentials. Even after speaking to a manager, the issue was not resolved. This situation caused a lot of stress as I needed to purchase Pampers and milk for my baby. It was clear that this employee lacks customer service skills and should not be working with the public. I hope that appropriate action is taken to address this matter.

I bought 63 boxes of flooring (order #[redacted]-[redacted]1) on October 26. Unfortunately, only two boxes were delivered last Saturday, left outside my front gate, resulting in damaged material. Subsequently, I received 61 emails about separate deliveries, all left outside my gate in poor condition. I spoke with Claudia on 10/31 to request a pick-up due to my inability to handle the boxes myself. She assured me I would be contacted within 24 hours to arrange a collection of all the boxes, but I have not received any follow-up since. I kindly request for this mess to be resolved promptly with a refund.

I placed an online order for delivery worth $[redacted].00 with order number [redacted]-[redacted]6. I recently purchased a Samsung Samsung A53 phone at Walmart. Today, the phone suddenly stopped working, so I took it back to Walmart for assistance. They informed me that the serial numbers did not match the device. When I bought the phone, it was labeled as a Straight Talk phone, but upon booting it up, it displayed "TracFone." I recall having to purchase a new SIM card because it was incompatible with the phone. It seems the phone may have been switched out during the process, leading to this confusion. I'm frustrated because I spent $[redacted] on this and Walmart claims there is nothing they can do. I believe better employee training could have resolved this issue promptly. Now, I have to contact the manufacturer to return the phone and likely won't get a refund directly from Walmart, where I originally made the purchase.

I completed an application and visited the Wade Hampton Greer store to discuss the job with the manager. She provided more forms for me to fill out on my phone, and instructed me to either call or return to see her once completed. I have been trying to call for two days, but either get no answer or the call is quickly disconnected. This lack of communication is frustrating and reflects poorly on their professionalism. It would be beneficial if they hired someone dedicated to answering and transferring calls promptly to the relevant department. Sincerely, a hopeful future employee.

I received my delivery on Tuesday, 11/29, but it only contained one set of Apple Airpods instead of the two I ordered. I contacted customer service right away, and Alexis assured me that the missing set would be sent out that evening by 9pm. However, I did not receive any further updates or the replacement Airpods. My order history still shows that both sets were delivered on 11/29 when I only got one. It has now been almost 48 hours since the initial delivery, and I am eager to get this resolved. Thank you.

I ordered a memory foam mattress, a box spring, and a metal full-size platform bed frame as one order with three items. The mattress and box spring arrived without any issues and are correct, but I'm still waiting to open them until I receive the bed frame. Today, a delivery was made by FedEx, but it was not the bed frame - instead, it was a rug made of artificial grass. I checked my order history, and I did indeed order a full-size metal platform bed frame for $[redacted]. I urgently need the bed frame as I am experiencing severe back issues with my current mattress. Can you please expedite the shipping of the correct item to me? The tracking details are conflicting; it indicates that the package has been delivered, but I have not received it yet. Please give me a call at your earliest convenience. In February, I bought four new tires. Recently, when I went to get them rotated and balanced, I was informed that the rear tires were wearing out on the outside. I bought two additional tires to replace them, but the shop is charging me $20.00 per tire to install them. I find this unfair since I had purchased all the tires from Walmart less than a year ago.
