Hello. This morning I received an overdraft message re: my checking acct **************, w* $**.** overdraft charge. I was planning to make a $***.** cash deposit to this account * days ago (********) at the drive-up window at the Toco Hills location, but my car wouldn't start --- it 's in the shop, and, hopefully, I'll get it back today so I can make the deposit. (I'm handicapped, and I must use drive-up, but it doesn't matter, because I had* have no transportation). AND: to add insult to injury, my landline stopped working a week ago, and I "misplaced" my cell phone (*stolen"??). SO: if it weren't for email, I would be unable to communicate with Wells Fargo, (or anyone). I would have transferred $ to **** from my Way*Save before the overdraft, but I need to protect that account for large bills (ie:property taxes, insurance, etc.). - These situations may seem unbelievable, but, alas, they are not, and I'm extremely upset. I plan to call WF tomorrow, *****, to discuss this, (hoping that my new landline arrives and is set up). I've been a loyal WF customer for ** years, beginning with Decatur Federal Savings and Loan, and all mergers and acquisitions since. My home was mortgaged w* WF, as were student loans. I ask you to please reverse the overdraft charge until I make the deposit later today. I will be extremely grateful. - I sincerely appreciate your attention. *Thank you, *Martha Schallern
